Description
水 65〜70%
ケイ酸アルミニウム繊維 20〜25%
非晶質二酸化ケイ素 5〜10%
ヒドロキシエチルセルロース 1〜3%
このペーストは、支持機能に関して要求を満たしているが、該繊維と二酸化ケイ素が支持すべき部材の内側に接着してしまう。その成形部材上に残留する支持用ペーストの残分は、粒子ブラスト法(主にガラス粉末又はガラスセラミック粉末)によって除去せねばならない。この方法は、表面構造に損傷をもたらすので、しばしば成形部材全体の強度低下をまねく。
− 110℃〜1100℃の温度範囲で水を放出する成分(A)、
− 110℃〜1100℃で形状安定な成分(B)、
− 溶剤、
− 助剤及び添加剤
を含有する支持用ペーストによって解決される。
焼成ペースト及び支持用ペーストの組成
(質量%での表記)
1) Aerosil ALU C(Degussa社)、平均一次粒度13nm、BET表面積100±15m2/g
2) Aerosil 200(Degussa社)、平均一次粒度12nm、BET表面積200±25m2/g
3) 水酸化アルミニウム、purum;Fluka 種別番号11033
4) 水酸化マグネシウム、高純度;MERCK 種別番号5870
5) 酸化アルミニウム粉末;特殊ブラスト研磨材(Spezialstrahlmittel)Ivoclar AG
6) 石英粉末;Mikro−Dorsilit405(登録商標)、Dorfner社、粒度16μm
7) ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、中粘度;Fluka 種別番号54290

ペーストの製造
ペーストの製造は、リンデン社製混練機(リンデン(Linden)社 LPM2SP型)中で室温で行う。
加熱速度60K/分で850℃まで
850℃で10分間の保持時間
冷却速度30K/分で700℃まで
その焼成プログラムは、真空で又は真空にせずに実施することができる。

Claims (9)
- − 110℃〜1100℃の温度範囲で水を放出する成分(A) 1〜70質量%
− 110℃〜1100℃の温度で形状安定である成分(B) 8〜80質量%
− 溶剤 5〜70質量%
− 結合剤 0〜20質量%
− 他の助剤と添加剤 0〜15質量%
を含有し、その際、個々の質量百分率は、足して100質量%となる混合物を支持用ペーストとして用いる使用において、
成分(A)が、水酸化物、水和酸化物及び/又は結晶水を有する化合物であり、かつ成分(B)が、ガラス粉末、ガラスセラミック粉末、SiO 2 粉末、Al 2 O 3 粉末、ZrO 2 粉末又はMgO粉末をフィラーとして含有することを特徴とする前記混合物を支持用ペーストとして用いる使用。 - 歯科領域のための請求項1記載の使用。
- − 20〜70質量%の成分(A)、
− 9〜60質量%の成分(B)、
− 15〜49質量%の溶剤、
− 0〜20質量%の結合剤、
− 0.1〜10質量%の他の助剤と添加剤
を含有し、その際、個々の質量百分率は、足して100質量%となることを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。 - 前記混合物が、溶剤として、水又は残留物なく燃焼される有機溶剤又はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記混合物が、有機溶剤として、アルコール、ケトン、液状の脂肪族化合物又はこれらの物質の混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記混合物が、結合剤として、低融点ワックス又はポリエチレングリコール又はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記混合物が、助剤又は添加剤として、増粘剤又は離型助剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記混合物が、増粘剤として、酸化アルミニウム又は二酸化ケイ素又はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の使用。
- ガラス質の又はガラスセラミック製の成形部材の焼結又は結晶化に際しての請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
