Claims (4)
- 駆動源と、該駆動源から供給される駆動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達装置と、該動力伝達装置が動力遮断状態とされた場合に該動力伝達装置の出力軸を固定するパーキングロック装置と、を有し、該パーキングロック装置は、駆動源によって駆動されるオイルポンプから供給される油圧により作動を解除するものである、車両の制御装置であって、
該パーキングロック装置を駆動するための油圧装置の構成部材に、該パーキングロック装置の解除状態が継続するようにフェイルが発生している場合には、該フェイルが発生していない場合と比較して、前記駆動源の始動を抑制する駆動源始動抑制手段を有すること、
を特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記駆動源始動抑制手段は、前記車両に制動力を与える制動手段による制動力が付与されていない場合に、前記駆動源の始動を禁止すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 駆動源と、該駆動源から供給される駆動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達装置と、該動力伝達装置が動力遮断状態とされた場合に該動力伝達装置の出力軸を固定するパーキングロック装置と、を有し、該パーキングロック装置は、駆動源によって駆動されるオイルポンプから供給される油圧により作動を解除するものである、車両の制御装置であって、
該パーキングロック装置を駆動するための油圧装置の構成部材に、該パーキングロック装置の解除状態が継続するようにフェイルが発生している場合には、前記駆動源の停止を抑制する駆動源停止抑制手段を有すること、
を特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記駆動源停止抑制手段は、前記車両に制動力を与える制動手段による制動力が付与されていない場合に、前記駆動源の停止を禁止すること、
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。
