Claims (8)
- プロセス方向沿いに移動する概ね連続的なウェブ上に、部分画像を含む画像を印刷する画像印刷装置であって、
複数のユニークな基準マークを含むパターンが繰り返されることで形成された繰り返しパターンを前記ウェブの一部に印刷する基準マーク発生器であって、前記基準マークがプロセス方向沿いに所定間隔で生成される、基準マーク発生器と、
前記基準マーク発生器より下流に配置された少なくとも2つの印刷ステーションであって、それぞれが、前記ウェブ上にマーキング素材を被着させて部分画像を形成するプリントヘッドと、該印刷ステーションに対し移動中のウェブから基準マークを読み取るフォトセンサとを有する少なくとも2つの印刷ステーションと、
前記印刷ステーションに関連づけられた前記フォトセンサからの基準マークの読み取り結果を取得し、かつ、予め定められた周期でほぼ同時に求められた少なくとも2つのフォトセンサによる異なる基準マークの読み取り結果に関して前記ウェブの伸び量を計算するべく構成された、制御システムと、
を備え、
前記繰り返しパターンの長さは、2つのフォトセンサの間の距離よりも長い、画像印刷装置。 - 請求項1記載の画像印刷装置であって、ユニークな前記基準マークがそれぞれ、前記プロセス方向に対して垂直に延びるように配列された複数のドットまたはドットスペースを含む、画像印刷装置。
- 請求項1記載の画像印刷装置であって、前記制御システムが、ほぼ同時に求められた少なくとも2つのフォトセンサによる異なる基準マークの読み取り結果に基づいて、前記ウェブの速度を計算する、画像印刷装置。
- 請求項1記載の画像印刷装置であって、前記制御システムが、ほぼ同時に求められた少なくとも2つのフォトセンサによる異なる基準マークの読み取り結果に基づいて、前記ウェブの伸び量を計算する、画像印刷装置。
- プロセス方向沿いに移動する概ね連続的なウェブ上に、部分画像を含む画像を印刷する画像印刷装置であって、
複数のユニークな基準マークを含むパターンが繰り返されることで形成された繰り返しパターンを前記ウェブの一部に印刷する基準マーク発生器であって、前記基準マークがプロセス方向沿いに所定間隔で生成される、基準マーク発生器と、
前記基準マーク発生器より下流に配置された少なくとも2つの印刷ステーションであって、それぞれが、前記ウェブ上にマーキング素材を被着させて部分画像を形成するプリントヘッドと、該印刷ステーションに対し移動中のウェブから基準マークを読み取るフォトセンサとを有する少なくとも2つの印刷ステーションと、
前記印刷ステーションに関連づけられた前記フォトセンサからの基準マークの読み取り結果を取得し、かつ、予め定められた周期でほぼ同時に求められた少なくとも2つのフォトセンサによる異なる基準マークの読み取り結果に関して前記ウェブの速度を計算するべく構成された、制御システムと、
を備え、
前記繰り返しパターンの長さは、2つのフォトセンサの間の距離よりも長い、画像印刷装置。 - 請求項5記載の画像印刷装置であって、前記制御システムが、ほぼ同時に求められた少なくとも2つのフォトセンサによる異なる基準マークの読み取り結果に基づいて、前記ウェブの伸び量を計算する、画像印刷装置。
- 請求項6記載の画像印刷装置であって、前記制御システムが、前記計算されたウェブの伸び量と前記計算されたウェブの速度との少なくとも一方に基づき、少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドの動作に作用する、画像印刷装置。
- 請求項6記載の画像印刷装置であって、前記制御システムが、前記計算されたウェブの伸び量と前記計算されたウェブの速度との少なくとも一方に基づき、前記ウェブの駆動システムの動作に作用する、画像印刷装置。
