Description
シジミ貝などは一日の漁獲量が制限されているため、船上で分別を行い、出荷適合品のみを漁獲箱に入れて帰港することが望ましい。ここで、音による自動判別の場合、船上では騒音などS/N比がよくない場合があり、船に装置を搭載しにくいといった問題点があった。

Claims (2)
- シジミ貝またはアサリ貝等の二枚貝について、出荷に適さないものを分離する方法であって、
貝を判別台の上に載置する載置工程と、
載置工程で載置された貝に対して、片側から近赤外光を照射する照射工程と、
貝をはさんで照射側とは反対側から、IRフィルタを介して近赤外域を中心とする貝の足部分の血管構造の透光画像を撮像する撮像工程と、
撮像工程で撮像された画像に基づいて、波長800nm〜1200nmの吸光画像を、回転、反転、移動、拡大、縮小、光波長フィルタリング、階調変換、および、変位点の解析・抽出の中から必要な処理をおこなって情報を抽出し、判定用画像を作成する判定用画像作成工程と、
判定用画像作成工程で作成された画像を入力し、あらかじめ作成しておいたベイジアンネットワークと自己組織化マップ(SOM)による解析アルゴリズムとに基づいて情報処理を行い、当該画像にかかる貝が出荷に適しているか否かを判定する判定工程と、
判定工程で適否の判定された貝をそれぞれ分別する分別工程と、
を含んだことを特徴とする貝分別方法。 - 分別を船上でおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貝分別方法。
