Claims (3)
- Ga、Ge、Znから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属元素を含む組成式KMO2(Mは金属元素)で表される化合物をアンモニア流通下で加熱し、Mの窒化物又は酸窒化物を得ることを特徴とする窒化物又は酸窒化物の製造法。
- K2ZnGeO4をアンモニア流通下において700〜1000℃で加熱し、ZnとGeの窒化物又は酸窒化物を得ることを特徴とする窒化物又は酸窒化物の製造法。
- KGaO2をアンモニア流通下において700〜1000℃で加熱し、Gaの窒化物又は酸窒化物を得ることを特徴とする窒化物又は酸窒化物の製造法。
