- 電極組立体及び前記電極組立体を収納するケースを備えるベアセルと、
前記ベアセルの外部に結合される保護素子と、
前記保護素子及び前記ベアセルを包囲して前記電極組立体の電極と電気的に連結される外部電気端子を外表面に有するカバーと、を備え、

- 前記樹脂部は、シリコーン、エポキシ、ウレタンのいずれか一つの材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記樹脂部は、モールドを利用してホットメルト方式で形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1のハードカバーと第2のハードカバーは、相互に対称に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記樹脂部は、前記ベアセルの上面と平行な断面で外側部が曲率を有し、ベアセルの小面積の側面が円形に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記樹脂部は、前記ベアセルの上面、前記上面部分に形成された前記保護素子、及び前記ベアセルの下面に取り付けられ、
前記外部電気端子は、露出するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記樹脂部は、前記カバーの外装の一部を成すと共に、前記ベアセル、前記保護素子及び前記カバーを結合させる接着材を成すことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記保護素子は、熱によって電流を遮断する電流遮断装置及び過充放電防止回路を備えた保護回路基板のうちの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルは、電極組立体を、開口部が形成された角形缶に挿入し、前記開口部をキャッププレートを有するキャップ組立体で仕上げて形成した角形ベアセルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記カバーは、前記ベアセルの一対の大面積の側面に取り付けられる部分が樹脂材料のカバー部品からなり、
前記カバー部品は、厚さが0.1mm以下で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
