Description
本発明のボイラは、その種類を特に問わないが、たとえば、蒸気ボイラ、温水ボイラ、熱媒ボイラ、廃熱ボイラまたは排ガスボイラである。いずれの場合も、ボイラは、多管式ボイラとされ、典型的には多管式小型貫流ボイラとされる。
図1は、本発明のボイラの実施例1を示す概略縦断面図であり、図2は、そのII−II断面図である。本実施例のボイラ1は、円筒状の缶体2を備えた多管式小型貫流ボイラである。缶体2は、上部管寄せ3と下部管寄せ4との間を、円筒状に配列された多数の水管(伝熱管)5,5,…,6,6,…で接続して構成される。

Claims (1)
- 上部管寄せと下部管寄せとの間に円筒状に配列されて内側伝熱管列を構成する複数の内側伝熱管と、
前記内側伝熱管列を取り囲むように、前記上部管寄せと前記下部管寄せとの間に円筒状に配列されて外側伝熱管列を構成する複数の外側伝熱管と、
前記内側伝熱管列の上下方向一端部の設定領域を残して、隣接する前記内側伝熱管間の隙間を閉塞するよう設けられるが、隣接する前記内側伝熱管同士を連結しない複数の内側縦ヒレと、
前記外側伝熱管列の上下方向他端部の設定領域を残して、隣接する前記外側伝熱管間の隙間を閉塞するよう設けられる複数の外側縦ヒレとを備え、
前記内側縦ヒレを有する内側伝熱管列は、隣接する周方向両側の前記内側伝熱管との隙間を閉塞するよう前記内側縦ヒレを両側に有する両ヒレ伝熱管と、前記内側縦ヒレを有しないヒレ無し伝熱管とが、交互に設けられて構成され、
前記内側縦ヒレを有する内側伝熱管列よりも内側の燃焼室と、前記内側縦ヒレを有する内側伝熱管列よりも外側の燃焼ガス流路とは、上下方向一端部において、前記内側縦ヒレが設けられないことで連通されており、
前記内側伝熱管列の前記両ヒレ伝熱管の各内側縦ヒレは、その厚さ方向両端部において内側伝熱管との間を溶接されると共に、前記内側伝熱管の左右に同時に溶接され、
前記内側縦ヒレは、燃焼ガスまたは排ガスによる熱膨張により、隣接する前記内側伝熱管間の隙間を閉塞する大きさとされており、
前記外側縦ヒレを有する外側伝熱管列は、隣接する周方向両側の前記外側伝熱管との隙間を閉塞するよう前記外側縦ヒレを両側に有する両ヒレ伝熱管と、前記外側縦ヒレを有しないヒレ無し伝熱管とが、交互に設けられて構成され、
前記外側伝熱管列の前記両ヒレ伝熱管の各外側縦ヒレは、その厚さ方向両端部において外側伝熱管との間を溶接されると共に、前記外側伝熱管の左右に同時に溶接され、
前記外側伝熱管列は、その両ヒレ伝熱管の各外側縦ヒレの先端部を、ヒレ無し伝熱管の外周面に予め当接して炉外側から溶接して構成される
ことを特徴とするボイラ。
