Description
Claims (14)
- BTE補聴器用音声チューブが、BTEハウジングへのその音声チューブの連結のための第1コネクターへ取り付けられる第1端部と、BTE補聴器のイヤピースへのその音声チューブの連結のための第2コネクターへ取り付けられる第2端部とを有しているBTE補聴器用音声チューブを形成するためのホルダーであって、当該ホルダーが、
その面の形状を前記音声チューブへ付与するための外側面と、
前記第1コネクターを受け入れて保持するように構成された第1取付要素と、
前記第2コネクターを受け入れて保持するように構成された第2取付要素とを有し、
その結果、前記音声チューブを前記外側面の少なくとも一部に当接した状態に維持し、それによって、前記外側面がその面の形状を前記音声チューブへ付与する、BTE補聴器用音声チューブを形成するためのホルダー。 - 前記外側面は、前記音声チューブへ第1曲がり部を付与するように構成され、この第1曲がり部は、この補聴器がユーザーによって装着されるときにユーザーの耳の後方にかつ耳の頂部を覆って装着されるBTE補聴器ハウジングから延出するように意図されている、請求項1に記載のホルダー。
- 前記外側面は、前記音声チューブの収容のための溝を備えている、請求項2に記載のホルダー。
- 前記外側面は、前記音声チューブへ第2曲がり部を付与するように構成され、この第2曲がり部は、この補聴器がユーザーによって装着されるときにユーザーの耳の外側から外耳道の中へ延出するように意図されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のホルダー。
- 前記第2曲がり部を付与するように構成された前記面は、その面に対して垂直に突出するアーチ状突出部によって形成されている、請求項4に記載のホルダー。
- 前記アーチ状突出部は、小さいタップを、このタップの下における前記音声チューブの通路のために含んでいる、請求項5に記載のホルダー。
- 前記第1取付要素は、前記音声チューブを受け入れるとともに保持するように構成された溝を備えており、また、この溝は、前記音声チューブの前記第1コネクターを収容するための区画室の中で終わっている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のホルダー。
- 前記区画室は、この区画室の中への前記第1コネクターの挿入を容易にするためと、当該ホルダーにおける前記音声チューブの取り付けの際に前記音声チューブの過失的抜け外れを防止するために、円錐形状を有している、請求項7に記載のホルダー。
- 前記第2取付要素は、前記第2コネクターを実質的に前記第2曲がり部の平面内に受け入れて保持するための突出部として形成されている、請求項4〜8のいずれか1つに記載のホルダー。
- 前記第2取付要素は、フォークとして形成されている、請求項9に記載のホルダー。
- 当該ホルダーは、このホルダーをコンベアベルトの上に容易に載置するための平坦な底面を有している、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のホルダー。
- 前記音声チューブへ連結された弾性ファイバーを受け入れて保持するとともに、そのファイバーを当該ホルダーの前記外側面の少なくとも一部に当接した状態に維持するように構成され、それによって、前記外側面がその面の形状を前記ファイバーへ付与する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のホルダー。
- 前記取付要素は、前記弾性ファイバーへ特定の湾曲形状を付与する湾曲面からのL字状突出部を形成して前記弾性ファイバーを受け入れるとともに保持するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のホルダー。
- 保存用リールから所望長さの音声チューブを繰り出す工程、
その所望長さの音声チューブを切り取る工程、
第1コネクターをオーバーモールドする工程、
第2コネクターをオーバーモールドする工程、
前記第1コネクターを第1取付要素へ取り付け、その音声チューブを外側面に沿って曲げ、前記第2コネクターを第2取付要素へ取り付けることによって、その音声チューブをホルダーの上へ取り付ける工程、
前記ホルダーを前記音声チューブとともに加熱する工程、
前記ホルダーを前記音声チューブとともに冷却する工程、および
前記音声チューブを前記ホルダーから取り外す工程
を含んでいる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載されたホルダーを利用する、BTE補聴器用音声チューブの形成方法。
