Description
Claims (5)
- 測定セルにおいて、垂直上方に延び、外側に突出する自由端に分析対象試料用の注入口を設けた注入管への分析対象試料の注入方法であって、
前記注入口(15)において前記注入管の内部に穿孔器を設け、
雄先端部(2)により延長する筒状体(4)を有し、押子(3)が移動される通常の使い捨て注射器(1)に前記分析対象試料を導入し、
一端では前記筒状体(4)の前記雄先端部(2)を収容する雌端部(7)を、他端では破断可能な封鎖体(10)により封鎖される雄端部(8)を備えるルアー型の使い捨てキャップ(6)を用いて前記注射器(1)を封鎖し、
押出器(16)を有し、前記注入管の前記注入口(15)と一直線上に位置する注入ステーション(12)を備える注入装置に設けられた支持体に、前記キャップ(6)を最下部として、前記封鎖された注射器(1)が垂直に固定され、前記支持体に配置された前記注射器(1)は上部位置又は配置位置から下部位置又は注入位置へ垂直昇降で移動可能であり、
前記注射器(1)の前記押子(3)が押出器(16)に面し、前記キャップ(6)が前記注入管の前記注入口(15)に面するように、前記支持体が前記注入ステーション(12)と一直線上に配置され、
前記穿孔器が前記キャップ(6)の前記封鎖体(10)に穿孔するように、前記注射器(1)は前記下部位置に移動され、
前記押子(3)を下方に移動して前記注射器(1)に含まれる前記分析対象試料を前記注入管に注入するために前記押出器(16)が作動される、ことを特徴とする分析対象試料の注入方法。 - 前記使い捨てキャップ(6)の前記雌端部(7)は刻み付きカラー(9)で囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 前記支持体は、注射器(1)を収容するための枠(14)を備え、前記注入ステーション(12)と一直線上に設けられて前記上部位置と前記下部位置間において垂直昇降で移動可能な搬送体(13)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の注入方法。
- 前記支持体は、注射器(1)を搭載できる軸スライドが装備された固定受台であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の注入方法。
- 前記支持体は、注射器(1)を収容するための一組の枠(19)を周囲に備える回転式分注台(18)であり、前記一組の枠(19)は前記注入ステーション(12)と一直線上に連続して配置され得ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の注入方法。
