Claims (5)
- 互いに積層され、かつ互いに結合された複数のセグメントプレートより成る積層ブロックにおいて、
積層された前記複数のセグメントプレートが、ニッケルはんだを用いて高温はんだ付けによって互いに結合されており、ニッケルはんだが、はんだ付けの前にセグメントプレート上に面状に施されており、下側の閉鎖プレートとして設けられたセグメントプレートが、少なくとも2つの垂直な固定ピンに結合されており、これらの固定ピンが、次に位置するセグメントプレートの互いに整列された固定用穴に滑動式に係合しており、それによってはんだが液状化した時に上側のセグメントプレートが自重によりずれることができるようになっており、高温はんだ付けによって互いに結合された複数のセグメントプレート間に、10〜30マイクロメートルのはんだ継ぎ目厚さが設けられていることを特徴とする、高温はんだ付けによって結合された複数のセグメントプレートを備えた積層ブロック。 - ニッケルはんだがペーストとして、スクリン印刷法によってセグメントプレート(S1〜S25)の少なくとも片側に施されている、請求項1記載の積層ブロック。
- 固定ピンが最も下に位置するセグメントプレート(S26)に固定されている、請求項1記載の積層ブロック。
- セグメントプレート(S1〜S26)が調質鋼より成っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の積層ブロック。
- 積層ブロックがひっくり返された状態でも積層ブロックに緊締装置を当接させることができるように、積層ブロックの少なくとも1つの側壁(W)が、垂直方向に働く緊締装置に当接させるためのストッパ(A)を有しており、該ストッパ(A)が、積層ブロックの上側と下側との間に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の積層ブロック。
