Claims (5)
- ボイラから排出される重金属と硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスを導入して該排ガスに含まれる粉粒体を捕集する第1の集塵器と、該第1の集塵器から排出される排ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部と、該熱回収部から排出される排ガスに含まれる重金属を吸着する吸着剤を添加する吸着剤添加手段と、前記吸着剤が添加された排ガスを導入して該排ガスに含まれる粉粒体を捕集する第2の集塵器とを備え、
前記第1の集塵器内での排ガス温度を三酸化硫黄の露点以上とし、前記熱回収部内での排ガス温度を前記露点以下とするように運転する排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の排ガス処理システムにおいて
前記第1の集塵器に導入される排ガスの一部を前記第1の集塵器をバイパスして前記熱回収部に導入する排ガスダクトを備えることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の排ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記第1の集塵器で回収した粉粒体の一部を前記熱回収部に導入される排ガスに添加する循環ラインを備えることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記第1の集塵器から排出される排ガスに前記三酸化硫黄を中和する中和剤を添加する中和剤添加手段を備えることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記第1の集塵器を乾式電気集塵器又はサイクロンとし、前記第2の集塵器を乾式電気集塵器又はバグフィルタとすることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。
