Claims (1)
- シリコンブロックのような硬質材料の切断に使われるソーワイヤーにおいて、
切断速度を向上させるべく、前記ソーワイヤーの線径が0.08mmΦないし0.30mmΦの範囲であり、
前記ソーワイヤーの表面からの深さが5μmないし10μmの範囲である領域で、前記ソーワイヤーの長手方向の引張残留応力が450MPaないし950MPaの範囲であることを特徴とするソーワイヤー。
