Description
本発明によれば、電磁弁の電磁コイルのコンタクトを材料結合式接合部(stoffschluessige Verbindung)を介して実現することが提案される。接着技術の使用によって、設計空間を削減し、並びに生じるリーケージパスを密閉するために材料結合式接合部を成形する材料を利用することができる。材料結合式接合部として構成されるコイルコンタクトを介して、このコイルコンタクトは接着層として例えば電磁ユニットのハウジングと接合されており、密閉を実現することができる。
図2には、本発明によって提案される電磁弁の電磁ユニットの実施形態の断面が示されている。
Claims (8)
- ハウジング(12,16)を備えた燃料インジェクタを作動させる電磁弁の電磁ユニット(10)であって、
該電磁ユニットは、電気的なコンタクト部材(32)を有しており、
前記ハウジング(12,16)は、電磁コイル(26)を備えた磁心(28)を収容しており、
前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)は、貫通部(34)を通り前記ハウジング(12,16)から案内されており、
前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)は、前記ハウジング(12,16)内で材料結合式接合部(50)によって固定されている、電磁ユニット(10)において、
前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)は、コンタクトピン、ケーブル、フレックスフォイルまたはワイヤとして構成されており、当該電気的なコンタクト部材の各外被面は、前記材料結合式接合部(50)の複数の接合相手のうちの1つを成しており、
前記材料結合式接合部(50)は、燃料が充填される燃料インジェクタの領域の密閉を行う接着部として構成されている、ことを特徴とする、電磁ユニット(10)。 - 前記ハウジング(12,16)の少なくとも1つの貫通部(34)の境界が、前記材料結合式接合部(50)の接合相手のうち他方を成している、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)は、前記電磁ユニット(10)の軸(14)に平行または垂直に延在している、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記材料結合式接合部(50)は、前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)と少なくとも1つの前記貫通部(34)の間のすき間を充填する、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記接着部(50)は、該材料結合式接合部(50)の形成後に硬化する粘性の接着材、融着式の接着材または既製の接着テープによって形成されている、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記貫通部(34)は、径(60)が低減された貫通穿孔部として前記ハウジング(12,16)内に形成されている、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記材料結合式接合部(50)は、燃料インジェクタの低圧力領域と高圧力領域の間で密閉を生じさせる、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
- 前記材料結合式接合部(50)によって、前記電気的なコンタクト部材(32)と前記貫通部(34)の材料の間で前記接合相手(32,34)の表面の不規則部位が充填され、リーケージパスが閉鎖される、請求項1記載の電磁ユニット(10)。
