Description
(1)臨界区域の冷却速度を小さくすることなく、危険区域における冷却速度を小さくすることができる。
(2)焼入液の濃度を上げる必要がないので、焼入処理後における被処理物への焼入液の付着は従来どおりで済むため、焼入液の持ち出し量が増えることもなく、作業性の低下もない。
(3)焼入液の原液の使用量は従来どおりであるので、ランニングコストが増加することもない。

Claims (2)
- 鉄鋼材料からなる被処理領域を高周波誘導加熱コイルにより焼入温度まで加熱した後に、前記被処理領域を冷却する高周波焼入方法において、前記被処理領域の冷却過程で前記高周波誘導加熱コイルにより前記被処理領域を再加熱して冷却速度を制御することを特徴とする高周波焼入方法。
- 前記被処理領域の冷却開始直後の臨界区域は冷却のみを行い、マルテンサイト変態が進行する危険区域に前記再加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波焼入方法。
