Description
(1)ダイヤフラム(A)の膜部には、リング状の肉厚部が設けられ、空気の圧力変動で生ずる膜の振動を、慣性質量の大きな肉厚部で抑える構成とする。
(2)偏芯カムは樹脂成形品で外周に円筒状の開口穴を有しており、この開口穴には任意の重さのバランサー(錘)が取り付けられるようにする。バランサーは、例えばステンレス鋼の引抜き材などで、端面を機械加工することで簡単に任意の長さにできる。
(3)ポンプ室の上面には吸排気口を設けられ、個別に逆止弁を取り付け、排気側の逆止弁の上部には吐出口を有するダンパー室を設け、前記逆止弁の上面には通気性のあるフィルターを設ける。
(4)吸気口側の逆止弁の上部には空気室を形成し、空気室の圧力変動で可動するダイヤフラム(B)を設け、このダイヤフラムで検知スイッチを操作できるようにしている。
(5)空気室には連通するノズルが設けられ、ノズル外周には太いチューブが挿入され、別に設ける封止容器と連結し、ノズルの内径部は前記空気室を含め2分割され、一方は検知スイッチを操作する上室となり、他方は下室となり吸気口を介してポンプ室に至る。前記上室と繋がるノズルの先端には細いチューブが挿入され、前記太いチューブを貫通して、先端は前記封止容器内に突出している。すなわち、封止容器である貯蔵室とノズルはチューブで接続して、前記ノズルの内径部を分割し、該内径部の分割した一方は上室に他方は下室に連通し、前記上室側の前記ノズルの先端部は、前記チューブの内径部を貫通して前記封止容器内に突出させる。

Claims (2)
- 電動機と、該電動機の出力軸の回転によって振幅するダイヤフラムと、を備えたエアーポンプにおいて、
前記ダイヤフラムで形成したポンプ室と、該ポンプ室の上部に設けられた吸気口と、該吸気口と連通して前記ポンプ室に至る空気室である下室と、該下室の上部に該下室と分離して設けられて空気圧を検知する検知スイッチを操作するための上室と、前記上室及び前記下室と食品を貯蔵する貯蔵室とをそれぞれ連結するノズルと、を備え、
前記電動機及び前記ポンプ室は、前記電動機の出力軸と前記ポンプ室から前記吸気口への方向とが直交するように金属製でクランク形状の固定ベースに配置され、
前記検知スイッチは前記貯蔵室内を減圧して該貯蔵室内の圧力が一定量下がった時に検知することを特徴とするエアーポンプ。 - 請求項1において、封止容器である前記貯蔵室と前記ノズルはチューブで接続して、前記ノズルの内径部を分割し、該内径部の分割した一方は前記上室に他方は前記下室に連通し、前記上室側の前記ノズルの先端部は、前記チューブの内径部を貫通して前記封止容器内に突出させたことを特徴とするエアーポンプ。
