Abstract
【解決手段】 原料粉末に超微粒のWCを用い、Niの量、VおよびCrの添加量を調整することにより、合金組織中にVおよびCrを含む第3相を微細分散して晶出させるとともに、Niプールの寸法をWCの平均粒度以下とした、高鏡面性およびまたは高強度、高硬度、かつ高耐摩耗性の超微粒超硬合金とする。これを用いて、非球面ガラスレンズ成形用金型、中性子回折用の超高圧発生用容器、および非磁性の耐食耐摩耗工具等への応用範囲を拡大する。

Claims (3)
- 炭化タングステン(WC)およびNiを主成分とする0.12mass%〜9mass%Niの超硬合金において、V添加量を、Niに対して5mass%以上100mass%以下、Cr添加量を、Niに対して11mass%以上300mass%以下とし、予め炭化物とNiを強粉砕して加工硬化させて、それをNiの原料として用いることにより、V、Crを含む第3相を最大0.3μm以下の寸法で合金組織中に分散させ、硬さを2100〜2800HV10、Niプール(結合相のNiの凝集部分)の最大寸法を0.3μm以下とした、WC平均粒度が0.3μm以下の耐摩耗工具用WC基超微粒超硬合金。
- 炭化タングステン(WC)およびNiを主成分とする0.12mass%〜0.3mass%Niの超硬合金において、V添加量を、Niに対して30mass%以上100mass%以下、Cr添加量を、Niに対して130mass%以上300mass%以下とし、予め炭化物とNiを強粉砕して加工硬化させて、それをNiの原料として用いることにより、V、Crを含む第3相を最大0.3μm以下の寸法で合金組織中に分散させ、硬さを2450〜2800HV10、Niプール(結合相のNiの凝集部分)の最大寸法を0.3μm以下とした、WC平均粒度が0.3μm以下の耐摩耗工具用WC基超微粒超硬合金を用いて作った、非球面ガラスレンズ成形用金型。
