Description
磁気的に配向可能な顔料を含む塗料の層を基体の上に施与する工程、
新しく施与され、まだ固化していない塗料を磁場に暴露し、そうすることにより磁力線に沿って顔料が配向されて塗料の層に模様を作る工程、及び
基体上の塗料を固化させる工程、
を含む方法において、被覆されるべきプラスチック基体に埋め込まれた少なくとも1の磁石要素、例えばプラスチック基体中に成形された磁石要素により磁場が発生されることを特徴とする方法により達成される。
Claims (8)
- プラスチックの基体に模様を施与する方法であって、
磁気的に配向可能な顔料を含む塗料の層を基体の上に施与する工程、
該塗料を磁場に暴露し、そうすることにより磁力線に沿って顔料が配向されて塗料の層に模様を作る工程、及び
基体上の塗料を固化させる工程、
を含む方法において、被覆されるべきプラスチック基体に埋め込まれた磁石要素により磁場が発生されることを特徴とする方法。 - プラスチックの基体内に埋め込まれた磁石要素が、所望される模様に対応する輪郭を有する永久磁石であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 埋め込まれた磁石要素が、プラスチックの基体内に分布されている磁性粒子により形成されており、該磁性粒子は、所望される磁場を発生させるために磁化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 塗料層の固化後に、基体の磁石要素が脱磁化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 基体が最初にプライマーで被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 輪郭にそって配列されて模様を形成する、磁気的に配向された粒子を含むコーティングを付与された物において、模様が、基体に埋め込まれた磁石又は磁化可能な要素を覆うことを特徴とする物。
- 基体が、磁石を埋め込むポリマーマトリックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の物。
- 基体が磁性粒子又は磁化可能な粒子を埋め込むポリマーマトリックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の物。
