Claims (4)
- 動圧溝を転写形成するための凸状部を円筒外周に有する円筒状の樹脂製中子を、動圧軸受スリーブ形状のキャビティを有する金型内部に入れ、鋼材粉末とバインダを混練して作った成形材料を射出成形して成形体を形成する成形体形成工程、
前記成形体から前記バインダの一成分であるワックス成分のみを取り除き、予備的な脱脂を行って脱脂体を形成する予備脱脂工程、
前記脱脂体を焼結炉の中にいれて加熱し、前記バインダの残りの成分を熱分解させるとともに前記樹脂製中子も熱分解させて消滅させる本脱脂工程、
その後さらに加熱して前記成形体の鋼材粉末を焼結させる焼結工程、
を順に経ることを特徴とする動圧形流体軸受用スリーブの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂製中子として、中空に形成された樹脂製中子を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動圧形流体軸受用スリーブの製造方法。
- 前記鋼材粉末として金属粉末あるいはセラミック粉末を用い、それぞれ金属射出成形法あるいはセラミック射出成形法により、前記成形体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動圧形流体軸受用スリーブの製造方法。
- 前記請求項1乃至3に記載のいずれかの動圧形流体軸受用スリーブの製造方法により製造されたことを特徴とする動圧形流体軸受用スリーブ。
