Claims (9)
- 泥水に海藻ペースト液を注入する海藻ペースト液注入工程と、該海藻ペースト液注入工程を経た泥水を攪拌する海藻ペースト液混合工程と、該海藻ペースト液混合工程を経た泥水にカルシウム化合物水溶液を注入するカルシウム化合物水溶液注入工程と、該カルシウム化合物水溶液注入工程を経た泥水を攪拌するカルシウム化合物水溶液混合工程と、該カルシウム化合物水溶液混合工程を経た泥水を静置する泥水静置工程と、該泥水静置工程で分離した上澄み水と沈殿物を分離する分離工程とを備え、該海藻ペースト液が褐藻類に属する海藻に炭酸ナトリウムを含水下に添加・混合し、これらをすり潰して得られたアルギン酸ナトリウム及び不溶性成分を含むものからなり、該カルシウム化合物が塩化カルシウムからなることを特徴とする泥水処理方法。
- 前記褐藻類の海藻が海藻の水産加工での廃棄部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の泥水処理方法。
- 前記泥水が、埋め立て地の溢流水、浚渫現場で吸い上げられた直後の泥水、工事現場で発生した泥水又は水害で発生した泥水であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の泥水処理方法。
- 前記泥水静置工程によって得られた沈殿物を前記海藻ペースト液注入工程前の泥水に戻す沈殿物戻し工程を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の泥水処理方法。
- 前記泥水静置工程を経て生成された上澄み水及び沈殿物を再度攪拌して静置する再攪拌静置工程を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の泥水処理方法。
- 処理すべき泥水を導く排泥管と、処理すべき泥水を該排泥管に送給する泥水ポンプと、該排泥管内に海藻ペースト液を注入する海藻ペースト液注入装置と、該排泥管内にカルシウム化合物水溶液を注入するカルシウム化合物水溶液注入装置と、該排泥管を出た泥水を静置させる泥水静置装置とを備え、該海藻ペースト液は褐藻類に属する海藻に炭酸ナトリウムを含水下に添加・混合し、これらをすり潰して得られたアルギン酸ナトリウム及び不溶性成分を含むものからなり、該カルシウム化合物が塩化カルシウムからなり、前記海藻ペースト液注入装置は前記カルシウム化合物水溶液注入装置より上流に設けられ、該排泥管内には泥水を攪乱させる攪乱手段が設けられていることを特徴とする泥水処理装置。
- 前記泥水静置装置内の沈殿物を排泥管の海藻ペースト液注入装置の注入位置より上流に戻す沈殿物戻し装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の泥水処理装置。
- 前記泥水静置装置で静置されて生成した上澄み水と沈殿物を再攪拌する再攪拌装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の泥水処理装置。
- 褐藻類に属する海藻に炭酸ナトリウムを含水下に添加・混合し、これらをすり潰して得られたアルギン酸ナトリウム及び不溶性成分を含むものからなることを特徴とする泥水処理用海藻ペースト。
