(実施例1〜6)
以下の方法にて、B4C焼結体を形成した。
Claims (2)
- B4C粉末に、Al2O3粉末を0.5〜2wt%、ZrB2粉末を0.5〜5wt%添加し、さらにバインダーとして残炭率が40%以上のフェノール樹脂を1〜10wt%加えて混合した混合物を成形して成形体を形成し、
該成形体を、常圧下、非酸化雰囲気中または真空中で、2000℃以上で加熱することにより、前記成形体を焼結することを特徴とするB4C焼結体の製造方法。 - 前記Al 2 O 3 粉末及び前記ZrB 2 粉末の平均粒径が0.1μm以上3μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のB 4 C焼結体の製造方法。
