Description
・層P及びNのそれぞれがポリマー材料中のリチウム塩の固溶体から成り、該リチウム塩が両層において同じものであり、前記ポリマー材料の含有率が少なくとも60重量%であり、前記リチウム塩の含有率が5〜25重量%であり;
・前記層Pのポリマー材料が溶媒和性ポリマー及び非溶媒和性ポリマーを含有し、ここで、これら2種のポリマーの重量比は、前記溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成するような比であり;そして
・前記層Nのポリマー材料が溶媒和性ポリマー及び随意としての非溶媒和性ポリマーから成り、ここで、これら2種のポリマーの重量比は、前記溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成し、前記非溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成しないような比である:
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- リチウム二次電池の電解質として用いることが意図される、層Nと称される層及び層Pと称される層を含む複合膜であって、
・層P及びNのそれぞれがポリマー材料中のリチウム塩の固溶体から成り、該リチウム塩が両層において同じものであり、前記ポリマー材料の含有率が少なくとも60重量%であり、前記リチウム塩の含有率が5〜25重量%であり;
・前記層Pのポリマー材料が溶媒和性ポリマー及び非溶媒和性ポリマーを含有し、ここで、これら2種のポリマーの重量比は、前記溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成するような比であり;そして
・前記層Nのポリマー材料が溶媒和性ポリマー及び随意としての非溶媒和性ポリマーから成り、ここで、これら2種のポリマーの重量比は、前記溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成し、前記非溶媒和性ポリマーが連続ネットワークを形成しないような比である:
こと、並びに
前記層Nが
ポリエチレンオキシドから選択される溶媒和性ポリマー60〜85重量%、
ポリフッ化ビニリデン及びフッ化ビニリデン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマーから選択される非溶媒和性ポリマー0〜12重量%、
リチウム塩15〜25重量%及び
添加剤0〜15重量%
を含有すること、並びに
前記層Pが
ポリエチレンオキシドから選択される溶媒和性ポリマー35〜60重量%、
ポリフッ化ビニリデン及びフッ化ビニリデン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマーから選択される非溶媒和性ポリマー25〜60重量%、
リチウム塩5〜20重量%及び
添加剤0〜10重量%
を含有すること
を特徴とする、前記複合膜。 - 前記リチウム塩がLiPF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiC4BO8、Li(C2F5SO2)2N、Li[(C2F5)3PF3]、LiCF3SO3、LiCH3SO3及びLiN(SO2CF3)2から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- 前記層N及びPの一方及び/又は他方を形成する固溶体が添加剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- 前記添加剤がMgO、TiO2、SiO2、BaTiO3又はAl2O3より成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合膜。
- 前記層Nが1〜30μmの厚さを有し且つ前記層Pが5〜20μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- 前記層P中の溶媒和性ポリマー及び非溶媒和性ポリマーの割合が、これらの2種のポリマーが共連続ネットワークを形成するように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- 前記層P中の溶媒和性ポリマーが層Nのものと同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- 前記層Pの非溶媒和性ポリマーが層Nのものと同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜。
- リチウム又はリチウム合金の膜から形成された負極と正極との間に電解質膜が配置されて成る電池であって、
前記電解質膜が請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の複合膜であり、且つ
該複合膜の層Nが負極と隣り合い且つ該複合膜の層Pが正極と隣り合い、そして前記正極が集電体と接触する
ことを特徴とする、前記電池。 - 前記層Pの成分を含有する組成物及び前記層Nの成分を含有する組成物を調製し、
これらの組成物のそれぞれを押出成形して2つの層を形成させ、
次いでこれら2つの層を熱間圧延によって組み立てる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合膜の製造方法。 - 層Pを形成することが意図される組成物を二軸スクリュー押出機を用いて押出成形し、そして層Nを形成することが意図される組成物を二軸スクリュー押出機を用いて押出成形することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
