Claims (5)
- 被塗物を塗装するための塗装ブースから回収された廃液を貯留し、前記廃液の液面に塗料スラッジを浮上させて分離除去する塗料スラッジ分離装置であって、
前記廃液を貯留する処理部の上流側に注液部を有し、前記処理部の下流側に排液部を有する分離槽と、
前記分離槽内において上流側から下流側に向かって多段状にかつ所定の間隔を隔てて配置された複数の仕切板と
を備え、
前記廃液の液面が前記複数の仕切板の上端よりも低い位置にある第1処理状態では、前記廃液の深層部の流速が表層部の流速よりも速くなるとともに、前記塗料スラッジが前記複数の仕切板を乗り越えて下流側に通過できなくなり、
前記廃液の液面が前記複数の仕切板の上端よりも高い位置にある第2処理状態では、前記塗料スラッジが前記複数の仕切板を乗り越えて下流側に通過可能となるように構成した
ことを特徴とする塗料スラッジ分離装置。 - 前記分離槽内に貯留された廃液を排出させる廃液排出手段を有し、前記廃液排出手段による排出量を増加させて前記廃液の液面を下降させるとともに、前記廃液排出手段による排出量を減少させて前記廃液の液面を上昇させる液面昇降手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗料スラッジ分離装置。
- 前記複数の仕切板の下端部に、上流側から下流側に向けて前記廃液を通過させる連通部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗料スラッジ分離装置。
- 前記第1処理状態では、前記廃液の表層部の流速が0.05m/秒未満となり、深層部の流速が0.05m/秒以上となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の塗料スラッジ分離装置。
- 前記処理部と前記排液部とを隔てるとともに、その上端が前記複数の仕切板の上端よりも高い位置に配置された下流側隔壁を備え、前記第2処理状態では前記廃液の液面を前記下流側隔壁の上端よりも低くすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗料スラッジ分離装置。
