Description
前記磁極は、前記磁極アレイでの磁極の配列方向と直角な方向へ延長されているものと延長されていないものとに区分けされ、
かつ前記磁気センサアレイと平行に配置された複数の磁気センサからなる、第2の磁気センサアレイと、
第2の磁気センサアレイにより、磁極が延長されているか否かと、延長されている磁極がN極かS極かとを検出することにより、第1の磁気センサアレイが検出している磁極が、磁極アレイ中の何ピッチ目の磁極であるかを過去の検出データによらずに特定する、ピッチ特定部とを備えていることを特徴とする。
sinωt=0,sin(α±ωt)=0 等から、カウンタ20でカウントするとαが求まる。そしてαは1個の磁極アレイに対する位相で、コイルアレイ14の中心が磁極の一端に面している際に0、他端に面している際に例えば2πになり、磁極アレイに対するコイルアレイの中心の位置を表す。
(1) 磁極アレイ30の何ピッチ目の磁極を検出しているのかを求め、リニアモータの制御にフィードバックできる。
(2) 第1磁極アレイ32と第2磁極アレイ34とを、長磁石36と短磁石38の組合せで構成すると、簡単に磁極アレイ30を構成できる。
(3) より長い磁極アレイに対して磁極アレイ中のピッチ番号を求めるには、第2磁極アレイ34を例えば平行に2列以上配置するか、ホール素子等の磁気センサの数を増すと良い。

Claims (1)
- 複数の磁気センサを配列した第1の磁気センサアレイにより、N極とS極の磁極を交互に配列した磁極アレイ中の磁極を基準とする位相を検出する磁気検出システムにおいて、
前記磁極は、前記磁極アレイでの磁極の配列方向と直角な方向へ延長されているものと延長されていないものとに区分けされ、
かつ前記磁気センサアレイと平行に配置された複数の磁気センサからなる、第2の磁気センサアレイと、
第2の磁気センサアレイにより、磁極が延長されているか否かと、延長されている磁極がN極かS極かとを検出することにより、第1の磁気センサアレイが検出している磁極が、磁極アレイ中の何ピッチ目の磁極であるかを過去の検出データによらずに特定する、ピッチ特定部とを備えていることを特徴とする、磁極検出システム。
