Claims (9)
- 低品位燃料を用いる腐食環境で使用され、Ni,CoまたはFeを主成分とする合金よりなる基材と、基材上に設けられ、合金よりなる結合層と、結合層上に設けられた遮熱コーティングとを有する耐熱部材を用いたガスタービン用高温部品であって、
前記遮熱コーティングは、前記基材側から順に、多孔質のセラミックスよりなる遮熱層と、含浸層と、シリカガラスからなる環境遮蔽層を備え、
前記含浸層は、前記環境遮蔽層を構成するシリカガラスの一部が、前記遮熱層を構成する多孔質のセラミックの気孔内に含浸した層であり、
前記環境遮蔽層は、シリカの純度が90%以上の石英ガラスであることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。 - 請求項1において、前記遮熱層はジルコニアよりなることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記遮熱層は部分安定化ジルコニアであることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記結合層は、MCrAlY合金またはMCrAl合金よりなる合金層(MはFe,Ni及びCoの少なくともいずれか一種)であることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記環境遮蔽層の厚さが0.05〜0.1mm、気孔率が5%以下であることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記遮熱層の厚さが0.1〜1mm、気孔率が10〜30%であることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記含浸層の厚さが0.01〜0.1mmであることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記環境遮蔽層は、シリカ前駆体を含む溶液を用いて形成された層であることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
- 請求項1において、前記高温部品が動翼であることを特徴とするガスタービン用高温部品。
