Description
Claims (20)
- 修正ロングタームエボリューション(LTE)ダウンリンクフレームを送信するローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイであって、そこで、チャンネル推定用にパイロットシンボルを送信するために、LTEダウンリンクフレーム内で使用される所定のサブセットのパイロットシンボル位置が、制御データシンボルを保持し、前記LTEダウンリンクフレームの各々のデータ容量を増加させるために使用される、ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイと、
前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを受信し、かつ前記所定のサブセットのパイロットシンボル位置から前記制御データシンボルを抽出するデータ受信装置と、
を備える、無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。 - 前記ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイが、利用可能なTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを介して、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを送信するためのTVホワイトスペース送受信機を備える、請求項1に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 前記ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイが、TV帯域無線信号を検出するためのアンテナを装備したスペクトル検出装置をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 前記ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイが、前記スペクトル検出装置から、検出された前記TV帯域無線信号に関する情報を受信し、かつ前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを送信するために利用可能なTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを選択するスペクトルマネージャをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 前記データ受信装置が、前記ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイによって送信された前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを受信するためのTVホワイトスペース受信機を備える、請求項2に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 前記データ受信装置が、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを復調し、かつ前記所定のサブセットのパイロット位置から前記制御データシンボルを抽出するフレームプロセッサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 前記データ受信装置が、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレーム内のパイロットシンボルを使用してチャンネル推定を計算するためのチャンネル推定器と、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレーム内の受信された各シンボル位置でチャンネル推定を提供するため、周波数領域および時間領域で計算された前記チャンネル推定を補間する補間アルゴリズムとを備える、請求項1に記載の無線ローカルエリアネットワーク。
- 修正ロングタームエボリューション(LTE)ダウンリンクフレームを送信する送受信機を備え、そこで、前記LTEダウンリンクフレーム内でのチャンネル推定用に使用される所定のサブセットの前記パイロットシンボルが、前記ローカルエリアネットワーク内のデータ受信装置への制御情報を保持する制御データシンボルと置換される、ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイ。
- 前記送受信機が、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを送信するためにTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを使用するTVホワイトスペース送受信機である、請求項8に記載のローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイ。
- TV帯域無線信号を検出するためのアンテナを装備したスペクトル検出装置をさらに備える、請求項9に記載のローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイ。
- 前記スペクトル検出装置から検出された前記TV帯域無線信号に関する情報を受信し、かつ前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを送信するために利用可能なTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを選択するスペクトルマネージャをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイ。
- ローカルエリアネットワークゲートウェイによって送信された修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを処理し、かつ前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレーム内の制御データを保持するために使用される所定のサブセットのパイロットシンボル位置から制御データシンボルを抽出するロングタームエボリューション(LTE)フレームプロセッサを備える、ローカルエリアネットワーク内のデータ受信装置。
- 前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを受信するTVホワイトスペース受信機に接続されたアンテナをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のデータ受信装置。
- 前記所定のサブセット内に含まれない修正ダウンリンクフレーム内のパイロット位置に送信されたパイロットシンボルを用いてチャンネル推定を計算するチャンネル推定器をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のデータ受信装置。
- 前記チャンネル推定器が、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレーム内の各受信されたシンボル位置でチャンネル推定を提供するため、周波数領域および時間領域で計算された前記チャンネル推定を補間するチャンネル推定補間アルゴリズムをさらに備える、請求項14に記載のデータ受信装置。
- 無線ローカルエリアネットワーク内でのデータ通信の方法であって、
修正ロングタームエボリューション(LTE)ダウンリンクフレームを、前記無線ローカルエリアネットワーク内で送信することであって、そこで、チャンネル推定用にパイロットシンボルを送信するために、LTEダウンリンクフレーム内でそうでなければ使用される所定のサブセットの前記パイロットシンボル位置が、制御データシンボルを保持し、前記LTEダウンリンクフレームの各々のデータ容量を増加させるために使用されることと、
前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームのうち1つの前記無線ローカルエリアネットワーク内のデータ受信装置における受信の際に、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを復調し、かつ前記制御データシンボルを前記パイロットシンボル位置の前記所定のサブセットから抽出することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを、利用可能なTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを使用して送信することをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- TV帯域無線信号を検出することと、前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを送信するために未使用のTVホワイトスペーススペクトルを選択することとをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのソースデータパケットを前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームに挿入することをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記パイロットシンボル位置の前記所定のサブセットから前記制御データシンボルを抽出した後、前記データ受信装置が、ソースデータパケットを求めて前記修正LTEダウンリンクフレームを検査する、請求項19に記載の方法。
