Claims (19)
- 第1端部及び前記第1端部と対向する第2端部を含み前記第2端部がオープンされたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内部に配置された光源モジュールと、
前記ハウジング内部において前記光源モジュールに隣接して配置され、第1方向に回転して前記光源モジュールに向かって空気をブローイングするファンと、
前記ハウジングの前記第2端部と隣接して配置され、前記光源モジュールから発生された光の照射範囲を決定する反射笠と、を含み、
前記ハウジング内には前記ファンが流入させた空気のうち少なくとも一部を前記光源モジュールを通過して外部に流出させるための移動経路が形成され、
前記ハウジングの少なくとも一側には、前記ファンが流入させた空気のうち一部を前記反射笠の外側面に移動させる外側通風口が形成されていることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光源モジュールから発生された熱を放出させるヒートシンクをさらに含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、
前記移動経路を形成するヒートシンク通風口を含むベース板と、前記ベース板から突出された放熱突起と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光源モジュールは、
前記移動経路を形成する通風口が形成された印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板に実装された少なくとも一つの光半導体素子と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記通風口は、
前記印刷回路基板の中央に形成された中央通風口と、
前記印刷回路基板の端部位に形成された端部位通風口と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記端部位通風口は、前記反射笠の内側面方向に傾斜して形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記外側通風口は、前記反射笠の外側面に沿って傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記反射笠に配置され空気内の粉塵を集める集塵モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記ファン及び前記光源モジュールを制御する照明制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記照明制御部は、
前記ファンが回転しないか基準値以下の速度で回転する場合、前記ファンの故障を知らせるように光源モジュールを制御することを特徴とする請求項8記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記照明制御部は、前記ハウジングに形成された空気流入口の周囲に溜まった粉塵を除去するために、前記第1方向と反対の第2方向に回転するように前記ファンを制御することを特徴とする請求項8記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、
上下部がオープンされ、内部に前記ファン及び光源モジュールを収容するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の上部をカバーするように前記ケース本体と結合された上部カバーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記上部カバーには、
外部空気が前記ハウジング内に移動するための空気流入口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記上部カバーが前記ケース本体の上端から離隔されて外部空気が前記ハウジング内に移動可能となるように側面流入口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記ケース本体の外側面には、
互いに離隔して配置された複数のストライプ溝または複数のストライプ突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 一側がオープンされたハウジングと、
少なくとも一つの光半導体素子を含む光源モジュールと、
前記ハウジング内において前記光源モジュールに隣接して配置され、前記光源モジュールに空気を流入させるファンと、
前記光源モジュールから発生された光を反射させて光の照射範囲を決定する反射笠と、
を含み、
前記ファンによって流入された空気が前記反射笠の外側面にブローイングされるように、前記ハウジングの下端部が前記反射笠の外側面の少なくとも一部と離隔して配置されることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングの下端部は、
前記反射笠の外側面の少なくとも一部とオーバーラップするように離隔して配置された形状を有することを特徴とする請求項15記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングの下端部は、
前記ファンによって流入された空気を前記反射笠の外側面に集中させて強い圧力で排出させることのできる形状を有することを特徴とする請求項15記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングの下端部は、
前記反射笠の上端の一部とオーバーラップされた状態で前記反射笠と向き合う部分が突出する形状を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングの下端部は、
前記反射笠の少なくとも一部とオーバーラップされており、前記反射笠の外表面との間隔が前記反射笠の外側方向に行くほど狭くなる形状を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の光半導体照明装置。
