Claims (7)
- ディスクを回転させるスピンドルモータと、
前記ディスクの回転速度を感知するエンコーダと、
前記エンコーダと前記ディスクとの間に一定の距離を確保するように、前記エンコーダを固定するエンコーダホルダと、
前記エンコーダホルダが挿入されるホルダ溝が形成され、前記スピンドルモータを支持するベースプレートと、を含み、
前記ホルダ溝は前記ベースプレートの外側に開放され、
前記ベースプレートは、前記ホルダ溝の内壁から前記ホルダ溝の開放された側に向かって前記ホルダ溝の内部に突出し、端部の幅が広いボトルネック形状を含む固定突起を含み、
前記エンコーダホルダには、前記固定突起を受容するように、前記固定突起に対応する固定溝が形成されることを特徴とするディスクドライブ。 - 前記ホルダ溝が、前記ベースプレートを貫通して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクドライブ。
- 前記エンコーダと電気的に接続され、前記ベースプレートに載置される基板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスクドライブ。
- 前記エンコーダホルダが、前記基板の載置位置を決定する載置突起を含み、
前記基板には、前記載置突起が挿入される載置溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディスクドライブ。 - 前記基板と前記エンコーダを接続させ、導電性物質からなるエンコーダコネクタをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディスクドライブ。
- 前記エンコーダコネクタが、
前記エンコーダホルダにて前記エンコーダと電気的に接続するランドを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスクドライブ。 - 前記基板は、
一部が前記エンコーダホルダと前記エンコーダとの間に介在され、前記エンコーダと電気的に接続されるフレキシブル基板を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディスクドライブ。
