Claims (12)
- ターボ機械のブレード(14)のためのシム(20)であって、
シムが、ブレードの根元部(16)のフランクの周囲を覆う2つの分岐部(21A、21B)を有するとともに、2つの分岐部のそれぞれの1つの一端からそれぞれ延びる2つのタブ(22)を有しており、
2つのタブは、開くことができないように互いに連結されていることを特徴とする、シム(20)。 - 前記タブが開かないように該タブを相互に連結する連結部(24、124、224)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボ機械のブレードのためのシム。
- 前記連結部(24、124、224)が、シムの分岐部(21A、21B)を広げることができるように前記タブ(22)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシム。
- 前記連結部(224)が、その2つの端部内に前記タブ(22)を受け入れるレールであることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のシム。
- 前記タブ(22)の一方が連結部(224)の一方の端部に固定されるとともに、前記タブ(22)の他方が、分岐部(21A、21B)を広げる方向に沿って自由に平行移動できるように連結部(224)の他方の端部に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のシム。
- 両方のタブ(22)が連結部(24、124)のそれぞれの端部に固定されており、前記連結部が分岐部(21A、21B)を広げる方向に伸びるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のシム。
- 前記連結部(24、124)が、湾曲しているかまたは折り曲げられた、少なくとも1つの部分(25、125)を含む可撓性ブレードであることを特徴とする、請求項2、3および6のいずれか一項に記載のシム。
- 前記タブ(22)が重なり合って互いに固定されており、前記タブ(22)の少なくとも一方が、湾曲しているかまたは折り曲げられた少なくとも1つの部分(325)を含む可撓性ブレードであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシム。
- 前記タブ(22)が、分岐部(21A、21B)を広げる方向に自由に平行移動できるように相互に係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシム。
- 前記連結部(24、124)または前記タブ(22)における前記湾曲しているかまたは折り曲げられた部分(25、125、325)が、シム(20)の内側に向かって突出していることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のシム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシム(20)に覆われる根元部(16)を有する、ファンブレード(14)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシム(20)に覆われる根元部(16)を有するファンブレード(14)を含んでいることを特徴とする、ターボジェット。
