Claims (5)
- 有害物質を含んだ絶縁油を排油口より下部に残留させた抜油後の電気機器に対して前記絶縁油よりも比重が大きい非親油性液体を前記機器の前記排油口から供給して前記機器の底部に残留する油分を前記非親油性液体の上に浮上させた後に前記容器内の上層油分を前記排油口から排出すること
を特徴とする有害物質除去方法。 - 前記絶縁油との界面が少なくとも前記排油口の上端よりも高位となるまで前記非親油性液体を供給した後に前記電気機器内の液相を前記排油口から排出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質除去方法。
- 前記非親油性液体を着色剤によって着色させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有害物質除去方法。
- 有害物質を含んだ絶縁油を残留させた電気機器の排油口に接続される第一排出路と、
前記絶縁油よりも比重が大きい非親油性液体を前記機器に供給するための第一ポンプを備えた供給路と、
前記機器内の液相を回収容器内に移送するための第二ポンプを備えた第二排出路と、
前記第一排出路と前記供給路と前記第二排出路とが接続される切り換えバルブと
を備え、
前記切り換えバルブが前記第一排出路と前記供給路とを連通させた状態で第一ポンプが前記非親油性液体を前記機器に供給して前記機器の底部に残留する油分を前記液体の上に浮上させた後、前記切り換えバルブが前記第一排出路と前記第二排出路とを連通させた状態で前記第二ポンプが前記機器内の上層油分を前記回収容器に移送すること
を特徴とする有害物質除去装置。 - 前記第一ポンプは前記絶縁油との界面が少なくとも前記排油口の上端よりも高位となるまで前記非親油性液体を前記電気機器に供給した後に前記第二ポンプが前記電気機器内の液相を前記排油口から排出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有害物質除去装置。
