Description
‐ 可撓壁エレメントを備える閉鎖手段と、
‐ 袋に入れられる空気容積の一部を除去するために提供される吸い出し手段を備え、
該吸い出し手段は、可撓壁エレメントの実質的に中心に位置することを特徴とする。
‐ 袋へシートをヒートシールするための指示が、袋を閉じるために与えられる。
‐ ヒートシールのサイクルが開始され、シールを冷やし、袋上の吸い出しにより発生する引張りに起因するシールの裂けを防ぐために、後に中断が続く加熱期間を含む。
‐ 吸い出しサイクルが、次に開始され、各使用者が処理される廃棄物に応じて装置を設定することが可能となるように、吸い出しの継続期間の調節が行われる。
図1は、本発明による装置の袋支持部材の斜視図である。
‐ 技術カバー12が、通例手動で閉じられ、使用者が袋を閉じたいとき、使用者は、サイクルを開始するために、電子回路基板のボタンを押す。
‐ 電子回路基板は、袋2を閉じるために、袋2にリーフ8をヒートシールする指示を与える。
‐ ヒートシールのサイクルが開始され、シールを冷却し、シールが袋の吸い出しにより発生する引張りに起因するシールの裂けを防ぐために、後におよそ3秒の中断が続く、特におよそ3秒の加熱期間を含む。
‐ 吸い出しサイクルはその次に、およそ30秒の吸い出し期間で引き起こされる。吸い出し時間の調節は、処理される廃棄物に応じて、各使用者が装置を計画することを可能にするために提供される。変形型として、吸い出しサイクルは、手動で開始され、使用者は、制御ボタンを押し、吸い出しが継続するようにこのボタンを押し続けなくてはならない。吸い出し時間は、特に袋および廃棄物の動きの直接目視検査のおかげで、その次に使用者によって管理される。

Claims (23)
- 廃棄物を回収する装置であって、
充填用開口部(3)を有する使い捨て可能な袋(2)と、
袋開口部の端部の少なくとも一部によって袋を掛けることができる実質的に横方向の枠(5)を最上部に備える基本的に垂直の袋の支持部材(4)と、
充填後前記袋を閉じるための、可撓壁エレメントを備える折り畳み可能な袋カバー(8)と、
枠(5)に適用される技術カバー(12)と、
前記袋に入った空気量の一部を除去するために提供される吸い出し手段(10)を備え、
折り畳み可能な袋カバー(8)は、吸い出し手段(10)への接続、及び閉鎖位置で当該袋カバー(8)を通して吸い出しを可能にするための、バルブを備えたオリフィスを有し、
技術カバー(12)には、前記袋カバー(8)を前記袋の部分(6)に接合することによって前記袋を閉じるための組み立て手段(A)が取り付けられており、
吸い出し手段(10)は、技術カバー(12)の内面に備え付けられる開口部(11)で真空状態を作り出すことができ、開口部(11)はバルブ(V)を覆うことを特徴とする装置。 - バルブ(V)は、前記袋が平らなとき二次元のエレメントから成り、配置されるとき、実質的に円錐台エレメントの形になる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 折り畳み可能な袋カバー(8)の、バルブを備えたオリフィスは、当該袋カバー(8)の中央区域に配置されており、技術カバー(12)の内面に備え付けられる開口部(11)に対応する吸い出し区域は、中心区域にある請求項1又は2に記載の装置。

‐ 吸い出しサイクルが、次に開始され、各使用者が処理される廃棄物に応じて装置を設定することが可能となるように、吸い出しの継続期間の調節が行われる。 - 開口部および充填後に袋の開口部を閉じるための可撓壁エレメント(8)を有し、前記可撓壁エレメント(8)は、前記袋の壁の部分の拡張部分を形成し、前記開口部(3)の側面の1つに接続しており、閉鎖エレメント(8)は折り畳み可能な袋カバーを形成し、吸い出し手段への接続を可能にするために、前記可撓壁閉鎖エレメント(8)上に備え付けられるバルブ(V)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から17のうちのいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物を回収するための装置用の可撓材料製の使い捨て可能な袋。
- プラスチック製である請求項18に記載の使い捨て可能な袋。
- 平らに収納された前記袋には、前記エレメント(8)のちょうつがい区域を定めるカットアウト(8a)があり、前記袋は、シングルカットで得られることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の使い捨て可能な袋。
- 前記バルブ(V)は、配置されるとき実質的に円錐台形の付加物の形であり、その小さな基部で開いており、前記袋の壁にその大きな基部を経て接続する袋が平たいとき二次元での突出部(13)から成ることができ、前記バルブは、前記吸い出し手段の分離後空気が前記袋に入るのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項18又は19又は20に記載の使い捨て可能な袋。
- 前記袋が製造されるとき、前記ヒートシールおよび前記袋の切断によって、前記バルブ(V)は作り出されることを特徴とする請求項18から21のうちのいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て可能な袋。
- 前記バルブ(V)は、前記可撓壁閉鎖エレメント(8)の中央部に備え付けられることを特徴とする請求項18から22のうちのいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て可能な袋。
