Description
前記分離部形成工程では、前記把持部が各分離部に連続し、前記保護テープを前記各分離部に分離するための切断線が前記空間につながり、該空間を形成する前記同じ方向に延出する把持部のうち二つが夫々該切断線をはさんで隣接する分離部と一体的に形成されるように、前記保護テープを前記二つの平面部のうちの一方の平面部上でレーザビームによって前記保護テープに前記切断線を形成することとしたものである。

Claims (2)
- 所定の角度を以って隣接する二つの平面部を有し、該二つの平面部の各々に少なくとも一つの開口を形成して成るハウジングと、該ハウジングに前記開口を覆うように貼着する保護テープを備えた流体ユニットの製造方法において、
前記二つの平面部に対応する部分から夫々外方に延出している複数の把持部を有し同じ方向に延出している前記把持部の間に空間が形成されている保護テープを、前記二つの平面部の各開口を覆うように前記二つの平面部に貼着する貼着工程と、
前記貼着工程後に、前記保護テープを、前記二つの平面部に形成された一つの開口を覆う部分及び少なくとも一つの開口を覆う部分を含む複数の分離部を形成する分離部形成工程と、を含み、
前記分離部形成工程では、前記把持部が各分離部に連続し、前記保護テープを前記各分離部に分離するための切断線が前記空間につながり、該空間を形成する前記同じ方向に延出する把持部のうち二つが夫々該切断線をはさんで隣接する分離部と一体的に形成されるように、前記二つの平面部のうちの一方の平面部上でレーザビームによって前記保護テープに前記切断線を形成することを特徴とする流体ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記貼着工程では、前記各分離部に対する前記把持部が前記二つの平面部に対応する部分の両縁から相互に離隔する方向に延出している前記保護テープを、前記二つの平面部に貼着することを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体ユニットの製造方法。
