Description
ばれる少なくとも二種の化合物と、粒子表面のみを低水和化処理したメタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物と、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩とからなる、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩組成物であって、
但し、該ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩100質量部に対して、該メタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物の配合量が、150質量部以上、かつ、600質量部以下であり、
該組成物中の該ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩の配合量が、0.5〜30質量%であり、
該組成物の1質量%水溶液のpHが11.00以上、かつ、11.96以下である、組成物に関する。
前記メタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物が−0.01〜−1.00質量%の付着水分量測定値を有するものである、前記ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩組成物であって、
但し、付着水分量測定値は、アルミナ坩堝を用いて800℃、2時間強熱乾燥した後、次式(式1)によって算出される付着水分量(水和物水分量)である:
付着水分量(%)=[1−A×(W3−W1)/(W2−W1)]×100 (式1)
上記式1の記号については、下記の通りに定める、
A:1.7377(係数) [=212(分子質量 Na 2 O・SiO 2 ・5H 2 O)/122(分子質量 Na 2 O・SiO 2 )]
W1:坩堝質量(g)
W2:強熱乾燥前のW1と試料精秤量との合計質量(g)
W3:強熱乾燥後のW1と試料精秤量との合計質量(g)。
ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩を水に溶かして使用した場合の金属防錆及び、高濃度水溶液からの刺激臭発生防止を目的として、組成物中に必須成分として、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩と粒子表面のみを低水和化処理したメタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物(メタケイ酸ナトリウム5H2O:Na2O・SiO2・5H2O)とを必須成分として含有させる。

W2:強熱乾燥前のW1と試料精秤量との合計質量(g)
W3:強熱乾燥後のW1と試料精秤量との合計質量(g)
本発明で使用するジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩としては、例えばジクロロイソシアヌル酸のナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等が挙げられるが、好ましいものはジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムである。
残留塩素濃度が1000ppmになるように、表1に示す実施例1〜7及び比較例1〜2の組成物をそれぞれ蒸留水に溶解し、この溶解液をポリ容器に入れ、各種金属のテストピースを浸漬した状態で密閉し、40℃、24時間保存する。保存後の腐食度を測定し、腐食度の格付けを決定した。結果を表1に示す。
腐食度は次の基準(格付け)で分類した。
A(優良):0〜10、B(可)10〜50、C(否)>100。
表1に示す実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜2の組成物をそれぞれ蒸留水に溶解し、1%水溶液を作成後、pHを測定した。結果を表1に示す。
残留塩素濃度が1000ppmになるように、表1に示す実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜2の組成物をそれぞれ蒸留水に溶解し、この溶解液をポリ容器に入れ、密閉した状態で温度40℃で、それぞれ2時間、4時間、6時間保存後の刺激臭発生量を塩素ガス検知管にて測定した。結果を表1に示す。
表2に示す参考例8〜9の組成物及び比較例3〜4の組成物を、それぞれアルミ袋(15cm×10cm)に100g充填し、ヒートシールした後、55℃条件で密閉保存し、それぞれ24時間、48時間保存後にケーキングの有無を確認した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (2)
- 硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム及びクエン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも二種の化合物と、粒子表面のみを低水和化処理したメタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物と、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩とからなる、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩組成物であって、
但し、該ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩100質量部に対して、該メタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物の配合量が、150質量部以上、かつ、600質量部以下であり、
該組成物中の該ジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩の配合量が、0.5〜30質量%であり、
該組成物の1質量%水溶液のpHが11.00以上、かつ、11.96以下である。 - 該メタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物が−0.01〜−1.00質量%の付着水分量測定値を有するものである、請求項1に記載のジクロロイソシアヌル酸塩組成物であって、
但し、前記付着水分量測定値は、前記メタケイ酸ナトリウム五水和物をアルミナ坩堝を用いて800℃、2時間強熱乾燥した後、次式(式1)によって算出される付着水分量(水和物水分量)である:
