Description
次いで第6図の如く第2の可動型12を型合わせし、第7,8図の通り、第2の可動型12によって形成されるキャビティ13に樹脂を射出し、第2の成形体22を形成する。このキャビティ13は第2の成形体22に合致した形状のものである。その後、対向型4及び第2の可動型12を型開きして脱型することにより、樹脂成形体20が得られる。

Claims (8)
- 第1の成形体の表面の一部に第2の成形体が射出成形により一体に形成された樹脂成形体において、
該第1の成形体の前記表面に、該第2の成形体の端縁に沿って延在する凸条が設けられており、
前記第1の成形体は、厚さ2〜10mmの板状体であり、前記第2の成形体は該板状体の板面に設けられており、
該第1の成形体は該板面と垂直方向において透明であり、
前記第2の成形体は、該板面と垂直方向において不透明であることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。 - 請求項1において、前記凸条の幅が0.01〜10mmであり、凸条の高さが0.05〜0.5mmであり、
該第2の成形体は該凸条の該第2の成形体側の面に接していることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。 - 請求項1又は2において、該第2の成形体は、第1の成形体の周縁に沿って延在する帯状に設けられていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
- 請求項3において、帯状の該第2の成形体の樹脂成形体板央側は、板央側ほど厚みが小さくなっていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
- 請求項4において、該第2の成形体の前記凸条に沿う辺縁部は、延在方向と垂直な断面において凸に湾曲した断面形状となっていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
- 請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項において、帯状の該第2の成形体の樹脂成形体外縁側の辺縁部は、前記第1の成形体の周縁よりも該板央側に位置していることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形体を射出成形する方法であって、
固定型、該固定型にキャビティを介して対峙する対向型及び第1の可動型を用いて前記第1の成形体を射出成形する第1成形工程と、
該第1の可動型を、第2の成形体成形用キャビティを有した第2の可動型に交換し、該第1の成形体と一体となった前記第2の成形体を射出成形する第2成形工程とを有しており、
該第1の可動型と第2の固定型との合わせ面の隙間によって該第1の成形体に前記凸条を形成することを特徴とする樹脂成形体の成型方法。 - 請求項7において、請求項6の樹脂成形体を成形する方法であって、前記第2の成形体を成形するに際し、第2の可動型を第1の成形体の周縁部に当接させておくことを特徴とする樹脂成形体の成形方法。
