Claims (8)
- プラスチック加飾部材の製造法であって、
a.ポリマーフィルム(2)を熱により予め成形し、
b.熱により予め成形された前記ポリマーフィルム(2)上に、少なくとも250℃の温度で分解に対して安定な、不透明若しくは部分的に不透明なインプリント部分(4)又は顔料着色部分を設け、
c.前記ポリマーフィルム(2)を、射出成形用金型に装填し、
d.該ポリマーフィルム(2)の後方でポリマーキャリア部材(1)を射出して、不透明なポリマーキャリア部材(1)を形成し、かつ
e.透明なポリマーカバー部材(3)を該ポリマーフィルム(2)及びポリマーキャリア部材(1)上に射出する、プラスチック加飾部材の製造法。 - 前記ポリマーキャリア部材(1)が、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリニトリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、アクリルエステル−スチレン−アクリロニトリル(ASA)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン/ポリカーボネート(ABS/PC)、PET/PC、PBT/PC又はこれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーキャリア部材(1)を、0.5mm〜10mmの厚みで射出成形する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーカバー部材(3)が、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はこれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーカバー部材(3)上に、ハードコート(6)を施与する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)が、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート/ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT/PC)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)又はこれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)が、0.1mm〜3mmの厚みを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)を、静電放電により、機械的に又は真空吸引により射出成形用金型に固定する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
