Claims (15)
- プラスチック加飾部材の製造法であって、
a.ポリマーフィルム(2)を射出成形用金型にインサートし、ここで、該ポリマーフィルム(2)は、少なくとも250℃の温度で分解に対して安定な、不透明若しくは部分的に不透明なインプリント部分(4)又は顔料着色部分を有し、
b.該ポリマーフィルム(2)をポリマーキャリア部材(1)でバック射出し、かつ
c.ポリマーカバー部材(3)を該ポリマーフィルム(2)及びポリマーキャリア部材(1)上に射出する、方法。 - 前記ポリマーキャリア部材(1)が、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリニトリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、有利にはアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、アクリルエステル−スチレン−アクリロニトリル(ASA)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン/ポリカーボネート(ABS/PC)、PET/PC、PBT/PC及び/又はこれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーキャリア部材(1)を不透明に形成する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーキャリア部材(1)を、0.5mm〜10mm、有利には1mm〜5mmの厚みで射出成形する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーカバー部材(3)が、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及び/又はこれらの混合物を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーカバー部材(3)を透明に形成する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーカバー部材(3)上に、ハードコート(6)、有利には熱硬化性若しくはUV硬化性の塗料、特に有利にはポリシロキサン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート及び/又はこれらの混合物又はコポリマーを施与する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)が、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート/ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT/PC)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)及び/又はこれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)が、0.1mm〜3mm、有利には0.12mm〜1mmの厚みを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)を予め形作る、有利には熱により予め形作る、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)を、静電放電により、機械的に又は真空吸引により射出成形用金型に固定する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プラスチック加飾部材であって、
a.ポリマーキャリア部材(1)、
b.ポリマーカバー部材(3)、
c.該ポリマーキャリア部材(1)と該ポリマーカバー部材(3)との間のポリマーフィルム(2)
を少なくとも包含し、ここで、該ポリマーフィルム(2)は、少なくとも250℃での分解に対して安定な、不透明若しくは部分的に不透明なインプリント部分(4)又は顔料着色部分を有し、該ポリマーキャリア部材(1)は、不透明に形成されており、かつポリマーカバー部材(3)は、透明に形成されており、かつ該ポリマーキャリア部材(1)と該ポリマーカバー部材(3)との間には、ポリマーフィルム(2)を有さない0.1cm〜5cmの周縁領域(5)が配置されている、プラスチック加飾部材。 - 前記ポリマーフィルム(2)が、200℃〜320℃の範囲で分解に対して熱的に安定である、請求項12記載のプラスチック加飾部材。
- 前記インプリント部分(4)が、有機顔料又は無機顔料、有利にはウレタンアクリレートポリマー、炭素、アゾ染料又は多環式化合物、二酸化チタン、カーボンブラック、辰砂、ビスマス顔料(バナジン酸ビスマス)、スピネル顔料、鉛顔料、水銀顔料、ジルコン顔料、鉄顔料、カドミウム顔料、銅顔料、コバルト顔料、ニッケル顔料、クロム顔料;アルミニウムシリケート、群青を含有する、請求項12又は13記載のプラスチック加飾部材。
- 乗り物、有利にはピラーカバー、計器盤部品又は配電盤部品における、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載のプラスチック加飾部材の使用。
