積層構造体の一部分の端面、特には飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシートとこのシートが接続される接着層との間の界面がカプセル化されることによる、水分の進入、したがって剥離の長期にわたる予防の両者ゆえである。
第1および第2のグレージングシートならびに追加のグレージングシートの厚さが、2から8mmの間であり、第3のグレージングシートの厚さが、4から10mmの間であり、飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシートの厚さが、2から4mmの間であり、2つのグレージングシートを接続しているそれぞれの接着層の厚さが、0.3から1.5mmの間であり、第3のグレージングシートすなわち最後のグレージングシートを飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシートへと接続している接着層の厚さが、1.5から3.5mmの間であり、
飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシートが、ポリカーボネートなどで製作され、通常は保護されるべきユーザが存在する側の面を構成するために使用されており(よく知られているように、ポリカーボネートは、おそらくは変形によって弾丸のエネルギーの一部を吸収することができる)、

組み立ての際に流動する材料(30)を通さず、積層構造体への水分の進入に対して不透過性であるカプセル材料(31)が、少なくとも積層構造体の端面のうちの、飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシート(11)の端面と強化インサート(20)の少なくとも一部分との間に位置する部分をカプセル化することを特徴とする、積層構造体。 - カプセル材料(31)が、積層構造体の少なくとも前記1辺で第1のガラスシート(1)の縁から後退し、第1のガラスシート(1)の端部と、第1および第2のガラスシート(1、3)を接続している接着層(2)の端部と、強化インサート(20)の端部とが、取り付け位置の枠または溝への挿入を可能にする厚さを有する突起を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層構造体。
- 流動可能でありかつ積層構造体の組み立て時の脱気の保証が可能な材料(30)が、ポリビニルブチラールと組み合わせられる熱可塑性ポリウレタン、エチレン/ビニルアセテートコポリマー、またはこれらの1つ以上およびガラス、アラミド、ポリカーボネート、鋼で作られた繊維または布地から構成される複合材など、80から140℃の間の軟化温度を有する熱可塑性のポリマーまたはコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の積層構造体。
- カプセル材料(31)が、オートクレーブでの積層体の組み立て温度、すなわち100から140℃の間の温度において軟化せず、145から190℃の間の軟化温度を有し、熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、熱可塑性または熱硬化性ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ネオプレン、ゴム、エポキシ樹脂、あるいはこれらおよびガラス、アラミド、ポリカーボネート、鋼で作られた繊維または布地の1つ以上から構成される複合材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 第1、第2、および第3のガラスシート(1、3、5)のうちの少なくとも1つ、または追加のガラスシートが、強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 第1、第2、および第3のガラスシート(1、3、5)のうちの少なくとも1つ、または追加のガラスシートが、化学的に強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の積層構造体。
- 第1および第2のガラスシート(1、3)ならびに追加のガラスシートの厚さが、2から8mmの間であり、第3のガラスシート(5)の厚さが、4から10mmの間であり、飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシート(11)の厚さが、2から4mmの間であり、2つのガラスシート((1、3):(3、5))を接続しているそれぞれの接着層(2、4)の厚さが、0.3mmから1.5mmの間であり、第3のガラスシート(5)すなわち最後のガラスシートを飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシート(11)へと接続している接着層(10)の厚さが、1.5から3.5mmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシート(11)が、ポリカーボネートで製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 強化インサート(20)が、1から4mmの間の厚さを有する鋼で製作され、飛来物の衝撃を弱めるためのシート(11)の縁から3から20mmの間の深さだけ、積層構造体へと進入していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 建築物または陸海空の輸送車両のための高い防弾性を有するグレージングであって、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体を備えるグレージング。
