本发明涉及一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲。在特种轻合金板上下层均涂覆一层水性胶体;将涂覆水性胶体的特种轻合金板上下层均粘接KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维;在上层的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维上端粘接KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维;粘接时间小于10s,粘接温度在20‑60℃,压力为10KG;粘接后,用KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料进行全面喷涂,整形,即可。通过所述的KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料能够使KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维和KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维之间富有弹性,有可复原功能,具有防爆性能,并且可使子弹停留在装甲上,减少意外伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲。
背景技术
在钢结构防腐工程中,涂料一直是其最主要、最经济有效的防腐蚀方法。目前,船舶和一般钢结构的腐蚀突出表现在内部结构及暴露在阳光和烟雾灯大气环境中部位的破坏。国内维修钢结构和船舱采用的还主要是醇酸及环氧酯防锈底漆,而外壳部位大多采用醇酸涂料,这些品种的防锈漆和面漆因其耐水、耐候、耐化学品性能差,只有1+2年的保护期限,在严酷环境甚至少于半年。在装甲设备表面涂覆的涂料没有弹性,容易发生意外伤害。
发明内容
为克服现有技术所存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,能够解决上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,按照下述步骤依次进行:
步骤一:在特种轻合金板上下层均涂覆一层水性胶体;
步骤二:将涂覆水性胶体的特种轻合金板上下层均粘接KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维;
步骤三:在上层的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维上端粘接KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维;
步骤四:粘接时间小于10s,粘接温度在20-60℃,压力为10KG;
步骤五:粘接后,用KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料进行全面喷涂,整形,即可。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维的厚度为大于或等于3mm。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维的厚度为大于或等于5mm。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维为二氧化硅。
本发明具有的有益效果是:本发明通过所述的KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料能够使KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维和KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维之间富有弹性,有可复原功能,具有防爆性能,并且可使子弹停留在装甲上,减少意外伤害。水性胶体是吸热材料,它可以大量吸收子弹的热能,特种轻合金板可以阻挡动能和分散动能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细说明:
一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,按照下述步骤依次进行:
步骤一:在特种轻合金板上下层均涂覆一层水性胶体;
步骤二:将涂覆水性胶体的特种轻合金板上下层均粘接KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维;
步骤三:在上层的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维上端粘接KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维;
步骤四:粘接时间小于10s,粘接温度在20-60℃,压力为10KG;
步骤五:粘接后,用KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料进行全面喷涂,整形,即可。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维的厚度为大于或等于3mm。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维的厚度为大于或等于5mm。
上述技术方案中,所述的KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维为二氧化硅。使其具有防火、保温、防水、动能缓冲、降噪的功效。
本发明通过所述的KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料能够使KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维和KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维之间富有弹性,有可复原功能,具有防爆性能,并且可使子弹停留在装甲上,减少意外伤害。水性胶体是吸热材料,它可以大量吸收子弹的热能,特种轻合金板可以阻挡动能和分散动能。

1.一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,其特征在于:按照下述步骤依次进行:
步骤一:在特种轻合金板上下层均涂覆一层水性胶体;
步骤二:将涂覆水性胶体的特种轻合金板上下层均粘接KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维;
步骤三:在上层的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维上端粘接KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维;
步骤四:粘接时间小于10s,粘接温度在20-60℃,压力为10KG;
步骤五:粘接后,用KFTRZ高聚合特种涂料进行全面喷涂,整形,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,其特征在于:所述的KFTRZ高聚合硅胶纤维的厚度为大于或等于3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种KFTRZ高聚合复合装甲,其特征在于:所述的KFTRZ高聚合改性环氧树脂纤维的厚度为大于或等于5mm。
