Claims (5)
- 前アクスル(34)上で各々が回転自在の一対の前ホイール(58、60)及び後アクスル(36)上で各々が回転自在の一対の後ホイール(58、60)を持つ車輛用のロール制御システム(10)において、
前トーションバー(16)と、
前記前トーションバーの一端に取り付けられており、前記前アクスルに連結できる前第1液圧アクチュエータ(12)と、
前記前トーションバーの他端に取り付けられており、前記前アクスルに連結できる前第2液圧アクチュエータ(14)と、
後トーションバー(16)と、
前記後トーションバーの一端に取り付けられており、前記後アクスルに連結できる後第1液圧アクチュエータ(12’)と、
前記後トーションバーの他端に取り付けられており、前記後アクスルに連結できる後第2液圧アクチュエータ(14’)と、
前記液圧アクチュエータに連結されており、所定の車輛状態が検出されたときに前記液圧アクチュエータの作動を制御する制御手段(62、64)とを含み、
前記液圧アクチュエータの各々は、ハウジング(22、22’、30、30’)と、前記ハウジング内に密封摺動嵌着して第1流体チャンバ(40、40’、42、42’)及び第2流体チャンバ(50、50’、52、52’)を形成するピストン(38、38’、48、48’)と、前記ピストンに連結されており、前記第2流体チャンバを通って前記ハウジングの外に延びるピストンロッド(18、18’、26、26’)とを含み、
前記制御手段は、流体圧力源(66)と、流体リザーバ(68)と、前記圧力源と前記リザーバとの間に流動学的に連結された圧力制御バルブ(70)と、三つの圧力逃がしバルブ(72、74、76)とを含み、これらの圧力逃がしバルブの各々は、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記流体チャンバを前記圧力源又は前記流体リザーバのいずれかに選択的に流動学的に連結する二つの位置を有し、
前記圧力逃がしバルブは、前記所定の車輛状態を検出したとき、流体圧力を、前記前第1液圧アクチュエータ(12)の前記第1流体チャンバ(40)及び前記前第2液圧アクチュエータ(14)の前記第2流体チャンバ(52)に加え、及び/又は、流体圧力を、前記前第1液圧アクチュエータ(12)の前記第2流体チャンバ(42)及び前記前第2液圧アクチュエータ(14)の前記第1流体チャンバ(50)に加え、及び/又は、流体圧力を、前記後第1液圧アクチュエータ(12’)の前記第1流体チャンバ(40’)及び前記後第2液圧アクチュエータ(14’)の前記第2流体チャンバ(52’)に加え、及び/又は、流体圧力を、前記後第1液圧アクチュエータ(12’)の前記第2流体チャンバ(42’)及び前記後第2液圧アクチュエータ(14’)の前記第1流体チャンバ(50’)に加え、
前記前第1液圧アクチュエータ(12)の前記第2流体チャンバ(42)、前記前第2液圧アクチュエータ(14)の前記第1流体チャンバ(50)、前記後第1液圧アクチュエータ(12’)の前記第2流体チャンバ(42’)、及び後第2液圧アクチュエータ(14’)の前記第1流体チャンバ(50’)は、単一の圧力逃がしバルブ(72)に流動学的に連結されている、ロール制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載のロール制御システムにおいて、
前記圧力逃がしバルブ(72−76)の各々は、前記液圧アクチュエータ(12、12’、14、14’)の前記流体チャンバ(40、42、50、52、40’、42’、50’、52’)を前記流体リザーバ(68)に流動学的に連結する休止位置と、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記流体チャンバを前記圧力源(66)に連結する賦勢位置とを有する、ロール制御システム。 - 請求項1又は2のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロール制御システムにおいて、
前記圧力逃がしバルブ(72−76)の各々はソレノイド作動式である、ロール制御システム。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロール制御システムにおいて、
前記制御手段は、前記流体圧力源(66)、前記圧力制御バルブ(70)、及び前記圧力逃がしバルブ(72−76)に電気的に接続されており且つこれらの作動を制御する電気制御モジュール(78)を含む、ロール制御システム。 - 請求項4に記載のロール制御システムにおいて、更に、
前記圧力逃がしバルブ(72−76)の各々と関連した圧力センサ(80−84)と、
前記圧力制御バルブ(70)と関連した圧力センサ(85)とを含み、前記圧力センサは、前記電気制御モジュール(78)に接続されている、ロール制御システム。
