Claims (5)
- 複数のポンプ室内部をそれぞれ往復運動するプランジャと、これらのプランジャを往復運動させるモータと、モータの動作を制御する制御部と、前記ポンプ室の内、溶離液吸入側のポンプ室の溶離液吸入口と溶離液吐出口にそれぞれ設けた弁と、プランジャが受ける荷重値を測定する第1のセンサと、溶離液吐出側のポンプ室から吐出した溶離液の圧力を測定する第2のセンサとを有し、溶離液吸入側のポンプ室の出口側逆止弁が開いている間の前記第1のセンサの信号値と、前記吸入側ポンプ室の内部で溶離液を圧縮する間の前記第1のセンサの信号値が所定の関係になった時点で、溶離液の圧縮を終了して溶離液の吐出量を制御することを特徴とする送液装置。
- 請求項1において、前記第1のセンサと前記第2のセンサの出力信号でそれぞれのセンサの校正を行うことを特徴とする送液装置。
- 請求項1記載の送液装置と、
試料導入装置と、
検出器とを有し、
前記送液装置からの送液により、試料導入装置から検出器へ試料を直接又は間接に移動させることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の送液装置と、
試料導入装置と、
分離カラムと、
検出器と、
データ処理装置とを有し、
溶離液を前記送液装置により前記分離カラムへ送液し、試料を前記試料導入装置により前記分離カラムに導入し、前記分離カラムにおいて前記試料を構成する成分が互いに分離し、分離した試料成分を前記検出器で検出し、検出した試料成分の信号は前記データ処理装置において、所定の処理を行うことを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ。 - 請求項1において、前記第1のセンサと前記第2のセンサの出力信号に基づいて、前記モータを制御することを特徴とする送液装置。
