Description
以上の実施の形態では、シリコーンエラストマに対し、水酸化アルミニウムを添加した場合について説明してきたが、シリコーンエラストマに代えてシリコーン樹脂を用いた場合、水酸化アルミニウムに代えて水酸化マグネシウムを用いた場合でも同様の結果となった。

Claims (1)
- 素子を外装材で被覆してなる電圧非直線性抵抗器において、外装材として平均粒径25μm以上100μm以下の水酸化アルミニウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムの1種以上を、45重量%以上60重量%未満の範囲で添加したシリコーン樹脂またはシリコンエラストマに、前記素子をディップし、引き上げて形成した外装材を用いたことを特徴とする電圧非直線性抵抗器。
