Description
図1に示すような形状を有する光学素子(凸レンズの機能を有する回折レンズ)を形成した。光学素子(樹脂部分)の外径は外径60mm、回折格子は円形であり、レンズ中心付近でピッチが2mm、図1に示すように外周に行くほどピッチが細かくなり、外周付近では0.12mmとなっている。
正のパワーを有する回折レンズを製造した。回折格子の形状は、図2(b)に示すような形状のものであり、光学素子の外形60mm、格子高20μm、格子ピッチは中心付近で2mm、外周付近で0.12mmであって、外周面に行くほどピッチが細かくなるようになっている。
Claims (2)
- 光線を発する光源と、回折光学素子からなる光学系であって、
前記回折光学素子は、正の光学パワーを持つ母材の上に、第1の樹脂層を形成し、その上に第1の樹脂層と屈折率の異なる第2の樹脂層を形成し、さらに必要に応じて、その上に、その下に形成された樹脂層と屈折率の異なる樹脂層を順次形成し、前記樹脂層間の界面に所定の形状を持たせることにより、所望の光学的特性を有するようにした光学素子であって、前記第1の樹脂層の屈折率が前記第2の樹脂層に比べて小さくされており、かつ、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第2の樹脂層との界面がレリーフパターン形状の回折光学面とされていて、前記レリーフパターンの形状は、前記第1の樹脂層の中心から周縁に行くに従って緩やかに前記第1の樹脂層の厚さが増加し、その後急激な勾配で前記第1の樹脂層の厚さが減少するようなパターンの繰り返しからなる回折光学素子であり、
前記光線は前記母材の正の光学パワーにより、周縁部から中心部に向かいながら回折光学面に入射する、光学系。 - 光線を発する光源と、回折光学素子からなる光学系であって、
前記回折光学素子は、負の光学パワーを持つ母材の上に、第1の樹脂層を形成し、その上に第1の樹脂層と屈折率の異なる第2の樹脂層を形成し、さらに必要に応じて、その上に、その下に形成された樹脂層と屈折率の異なる樹脂層を順次形成し、前記樹脂層間の界面に所定の形状を持たせることにより、所望の光学的特性を有するようにした光学素子であって、前記第1の樹脂層の屈折率が前記第2の樹脂層に比べて小さくされており、かつ、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第2の樹脂層との界面がレリーフパターン形状の回折光学面とされていて、前記レリーフパターンの形状は、前記第1の樹脂層の中心から周縁に行くに従って緩やかに前記第1の樹脂層の厚さが減少し、その後急激な勾配で前記第1の樹脂層の厚さが増加するようなパターンの繰り返しからなる回折光学素子であり、
前記光線は前記母材の負の光学パワーにより、中心部から周縁部に向かいながら回折光学面に入射する、光学系。
