―40〜100phr(全ゴム質量の100重量部に対する重量部)の少なくとも1種類のハロブチルゴムと、
―最大60phrまでの少なくとも1種類の別のゴムであって、ブチルゴム、ポリブタジエン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、3,4−ポリイソプレン、シス−1,4−ポリイソプレン、天然ゴム、スチレン−イソプレン共重合体およびスチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン三元重合体からなる群から選択されるゴムと、
―5〜70phrの少なくとも1種類の薄片化されたタルクであって、DIN66131によるBET表面積が10〜40m2/gであり、レーザー回折法によって測定される平均粒子径(D50)が4〜8μmであり、扁平指数が3〜15であるタルクと、
―10〜100phrの少なくとも1種類のカーボンブラックであって、ASTM−D3765によるCTAB表面積が10〜25m2/gであり、ASTM−D2414によるDBP数が50〜160mL/100gであるカーボンブラックと、
を含むことによって達成される。
扁平指数=(レーザー回折からの粒子径−沈降法からの粒子径)/(沈降法からの粒子径)、
によって定められる。
・ DIN53504による室温における引張強さ
・ DIN53504による室温における破断時の伸び
・ DIN53504による室温における100、200および300%伸び時の応力値
・ DIN53504による引張試験において測定される破壊エネルギー密度。この破壊エネルギー密度は、試験片の容積に対する、破壊までに要した仕事である
・ DIN53505による室温におけるショアA硬度
・ DIN53512による室温におけるレジリエンス
・ DIN53536による70℃空気温度における空気透過性
・ 136%伸びおよび室温におけるモンサント(Monsanto)疲労試験(疲労破壊試験機)

Claims (6)
- ―40〜100phr(全ゴム質量の100重量部に対する重量部)の少なくとも1種類のハロブチルゴムと、
―最大60phrまでの少なくとも1種類の別のゴムであって、ブチルゴム、ポリブタジエン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、3,4−ポリイソプレン、シス−1,4−ポリイソプレン、天然ゴム、スチレン−イソプレン共重合体およびスチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン三元重合体からなる群から選択されるゴムと、
―5〜70phrの少なくとも1種類の薄片化されたタルクであって、DIN66131によるBET表面積が10〜40m2/gであり、レーザー回折法によって測定される平均粒子径(D50)が4〜8μmであり、扁平指数が3〜15であるタルクと、
―10〜100phrの少なくとも1種類のカーボンブラックであって、ASTM−D3765によるCTAB表面積が10〜25m2/gであり、ASTM−D2414によるDBP数が50〜160mL/100gであるカーボンブラックと、
を含むゴム組成物。 - 前記ゴム組成物が車両の空気タイヤのインナーライナー用である請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム組成物が10〜40phrの前記薄片化されたタルクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム組成物が30〜60phrの前記カーボンブラックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記カーボンブラックのASTM−D3765によるCTAB表面積が14〜24m2/gであり、ASTM−D2414によるDBP数が70〜90mL/100gであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物に基づくインナーライナーを含む車両の空気タイヤ。
