Description
本発明は、複合材料部材を作製すること、および特にこのような部材のための強化用繊維織物を作製することに関する。
本発明の目的は、これらの追加の操作によって表れる欠点を改善すること、より一般的には、複合材料部材中の強化材を構成し、かつCVI緻密化の間のガスによる容易な浸透に関する制約、および結果として生じる部材のために所望される外観および/または個々の特性に関する制約を満足するための繊維織物を提案することである。
用語「連続フィラメント」は、ここでは径に比べて非常に大きな長さの繊維要素を示すために通常の仕方で使用される。したがって、一例として、複合材料部材のためのプリフォームを構成し、かつ連続フィラメントから作製される強化用織物において、フィラメントの少なくとも非常に大きな大部分はプリフォーム中で連続的に延び、プリフォームの幾何学的境界においてのみ遮られる。天然物ではない連続フィラメントについては、それらは通常、合成材料を紡績することによって得られ、可能ならばその後1つ以上の物理化学的操作(延伸、オイリング、熱処理など)が続く。
本発明の応用の分野は、強化用繊維を構成するために適切な厚い繊維織物、または複合材料部材を構築することにおける使用のためのプリフォームの分野である。
図4Aないし4Hは、3D織によって得られた繊維構造の織りの、8つの一連の平面の部分を示し、緯糸は断面で示される。
図5Aないし5Hは、3D織によって得られた繊維織物20の一連の平面の一部を示し、この織物は、多層織が2つの緯糸半層の厚さに渡って多層平織と類似した織り方により表皮24および26において実行され、コア部分22における3D織は、各経糸が3層の緯糸の半層の深さに渡って延びるインターロック型のものであり、緯糸は千鳥構造で配置されるという点で、例1のものとは異なる。
図6Aないし6Hは、三次元多層織によって得られた織物30中の一連の緯糸平面の一部を示し、この織物は、同じインターロック3D織がコア32ならびに表皮34および36において実行されるということにおいて例1とは異なる。
図7Aないし7Lは、12層の緯糸層U1ないしU12を含む多層3D織によって得られた織物40の一連の層平面を示す。以下の表は、用いられた3D織の織り方および構造を纏める。織物40の織り方の変化は、コア42の両側に配置された表皮44、46の間の中央平面に関して対称である。緯糸は千鳥構造では配置されないが、いくつかの緯糸層は、他の緯糸層における数とは異なる数の緯糸を持つ(緯糸構造の変化)ことが観察されるべきである。
Claims (10)
- 複合材料部材を強化するための繊維織物であって、前記繊維織物は単一の部材として織られ、コアおよび表皮を有し、前記コアは少なくとも大部分が不連続繊維から作製された糸を用いた三次元織によって作製され、前記表皮は連続フィラメントから作製された糸を用いた製織によって作製される、繊維織物。
- 前記コアがインターロック型の三次元織によって作製され、前記表皮が平織、繻子織、または綾織型製織によって作製される、請求項1による織物。
- 前記表皮の織り方が、平織、繻子織、または綾織型製織による二次元織を含み、前記コアのインターロック織が前記表皮にまで至る、請求項2による織物。
- 前記表皮の織り方が、平織、繻子織、または綾織型製織による多層三次元織を含む、請求項2による織物。
- 前記コアおよび前記表皮が、異なる織り方による多層織によって作製される、請求項1による繊維織物。
- 前記コアが繻子型製織による多層織によって作製され、前記表皮が平織または綾織型の製織による三次元織によって作製される、請求項5による繊維織物。
- 前記表皮が、前記コアが作製される打込数よりも低い打込数の構造により作製される、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項による織物。
- 前記繊維織物の種々の部分が、異なる化学的性質の糸を用いて作製される、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項による織物。
- 前記コア部分の製織が、前記糸に結束を与える少なくとも1つの犠牲被覆糸と一緒に、実質的に撚られていない不連続繊維から作製された糸の各々を用いて実行される、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項による織物。
- 化学気相浸透によって少なくとも一部が得られるマトリクスによって緻密化された、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項による強化用繊維織物を含む複合材料部材。
