Claims (4)
- 第一基板及び第二基板と、前記第一基板及び第二基板に挟まれた液晶層と、前記第一基板に設置された第一配向層及び前記第二基板に設置された第二配向層と、を含み、
前記第一配向層及び前記第二配向層の少なくとも一方が、固定層及びカーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、相互に平行に並列された複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
隣接する前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの間の距離は、10nm〜10μmであり、
前記固定層が前記液晶層に対する前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の表面に設置されていることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 一本の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤは、分子間力で端と端とが接続された複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの中心軸に平行に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの中心軸を軸に、螺旋状に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液晶表示パネル。
