Description
本実施例が実施例1と異なる点は、本実施例の液晶表示装置400はさらに第四電極427を提供する。図8を参照すると、前記第四電極427は前記第三電極426に平行に配列されて、前記第二配向層424のカーボンナノチューブ構造体(図示せず)に電圧を印加するために設置されている。前記第一電極406及び第二電極407の配列方向は、前記第三電極426及び前記第四電極427の配列方向と平行に設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 第一基板及び第二基板と、前記第一基板及び第二基板に挟まれた液晶層と、前記第一基板に設置された第一配向層及び前記第二基板に設置された第二配向層と、第一電極と、第二電極と、を含み、
前記第一配向層及び前記第二配向層の少なくとも一方が、カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルム又は少なくとも二枚の積層された前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが複数のカーボンナノチューブからなる連続のカーボンナノチューブフィルムであり、その幅が100μm〜10cmであり、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、相互に平行に配列され、
前記第一電極及び第二電極がそれぞれ前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体に電気的接続されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブが、同じ方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- それぞれの前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、同じ方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の表面に、複数の溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
