Description
起動完了の進捗度を、FC温度等から算出した割合を用いて表示する。具体的には、
起動完了進捗度=(現在FC温度−起動時FC温度)/(レディオン目標温度−起動時温度)
の式に従い進捗度を算出する。算出した起動完了進捗度(起動完了時間)が増えるに従いゲージGのメータMの点灯箇所が増える。
異常チェック起動時は、起動完了の進捗度を「起動完了までの見積もり時間に対する進捗度」で算出する。下記の式から明らかなように、この場合の進捗度は、異常チェック完了に要する時間に対する実際の経過時間の比率である。すなわち、ここでは
起動完了進捗度=(起動開始からの経過時間)/(異常チェック起動見積もり時間)
の式に従い算出する。算出した起動完了進捗度(起動完了時間)が増えるに従いゲージGのメータMの点灯箇所が増える。
燃料電池システム1において、上記(1)の低温起動と(2)異常チェック起動の両方の要求が同時に発生した場合、本実施形態では両者のmin値を採用することとしている。すなわち、(1)に基づく起動完了進捗度と、(2)に基づく起動完了進捗度の両方を算出したうえで、両者のうち小さい方の値(進捗度)をゲージGに表示する。これによれば、一方の算出方法に基づく実際よりも高い進捗度が表示されるのが回避される。
また、暖機起動時や前回トリップ異常発生後の次回起動の際にレディオンとなるまでに時間がかかる場合があるため、本実施形態ではディスプレイ表示にて通知する。この場合における起動時間表示画面への切替タイミングとしては、メータMへ画面表示要求を送信し、下記の切替条件が成立したときに画面表示を行う。
<切替条件が成立する場合>
「低温起動必要時」と「異常チェックを起動時に実施する時」のいずれかであって、尚かつ「レディランプ点滅(=起動中)」であること。
<切替条件が不成立となる場合>
上記の切替条件が成立しなかった時、または「レディランプ点灯」の時。
Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスおよび酸化ガスの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池を備えた燃料電池システムにおいて、
起動時における前記燃料電池の温度を始点とし、起動完了時の当該燃料電池の温度を終点としたゲージ上に、起動中における現在の燃料電池温度の比率として、起動完了時の燃料電池の温度と起動時における燃料電池の温度との差分に対する現在の燃料電池の温度と起動時における燃料電池の温度との差分の比率を表示する表示装置を有する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記表示装置は、前記燃料電池の起動時に当該燃料電池の異常をチェックする際、前記ゲージに異常のチェック完了に要する時間に対する実際の経過時間の比率を表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記表示装置は、当該燃料電池の異常のチェック完了に要する時間に対する実際の経過時間の比率と、現在の燃料電池温度の比率とを比較し、小さいほうの値を前記ゲージ上に表示することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 起動時における燃料電池の温度を始点とし、起動完了時の当該燃料電池の温度を終点としたゲージ上に、起動中における前記燃料電池の現在温度の比率として、起動完了時の燃料電池の温度と起動時における燃料電池の温度との差分に対する現在の燃料電池の温度と起動時における燃料電池の温度との差分の比率を表示し、起動完了の目安を示すことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの起動完了度表示方法。
