Claims (1)
- 所望のレンジを有する測定器用のレンジ変更回路であって、
段階的に値が異なる複数のインピーダンスの直列接続から成り、一端が負荷装置に接続されたインピーダンス群と、
前記インピーダンス群のうち少なくとも1つの前記インピーダンスに電圧を供給する第1の増幅器と、
前記第1の増幅器の出力部及び反転入力部の間のフィードバック経路に設けられた電圧検知兼制限スイッチと、
非反転入力部が前記第1の増幅器の反転入力部に接続され、出力部が前記インピーダンス群の内の異なる1つのインピーダンスにダイオードを介して接続された第2の増幅器と、
入力部が前記インピーダンス群の前記一端に接続され、出力部が上記第1の増幅器の非反転入力部に接続された第3の反転増幅器とを備え、
前記電圧検知兼制限スイッチによって検知される前記少なくとも1つのインピーダンスの電圧がクランプ電圧に達すると前記電圧検知兼制限スイッチがオンに切り替わって前記少なくとも1つのインピーダンスの電圧を制限すると共に、前記第2の増幅器の出力電圧が増加して前記ダイオードをオンとして前記異なる1つのインピーダンスの両端間に現れる電圧を所望レンジ内とし、前記第2の増幅器が前記異なる1つのインピーダンスに電流を供給することを特徴とするレンジ変更回路。
