Claims (8)
- 実質的に中間軸構造中の変速器モジュールであって、少なくとも1個の速度−トルク変換器(13.1〜13.n)により相互に連結された少なくとも1個の入力端(E)と少なくとも1個の出力端(A)とが具えられており、逆転ギア(4)が中間軸(10)と変速器出力端(A)との間に設けられており、流体力学的減速器(1)が少なくとも1個の回転子羽根車(17)と固定子(18)とを有しており、減速器の回転子羽根車(17)がハイギア(22)を介して変速器出力端(A)と連結されており、ハイギア(22)が逆転ギア(4)の構成要素であることを特徴とする変速器モジュール。
- 逆転ギア(4)が速度−トルク変換器を有していて中間軸(10)と変速器出力端(A)間の回転方向の逆転を起因してかつ少なくとも1個の入力端平ギア(20)を有しており、該平ギアが非捩じれ状に中間軸(10)と連結可能であり、出力端平ギア(22)が非捩じれ状に変速器出力端(A)と連結され、出力端平ギア(22)が少なくとも1個の中間ギア(15)により入力端平ギア(20)と組み合っており、回転子羽根車(17)が非捩じれ状に中間ギア(15)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 中間軸(10)に対する逆転ギア(4)の選択的結合・解合手段が設けられており、該手段が少なくとも1個の結合装置を有しており、該結合装置が、中間軸(10)と同軸の平ギアに、または中間軸(10)と中間ギア(15)の間に配置された平ギアに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 中間軸構造中に配置されており、少なくとも1個の中間軸(9)を有しており、該中間軸が変速器入力端(E)と中間軸(10)とを非捩じれ状に連結し、複数の速度−トルク変換器(3.1〜3.n)がギア比を定め、かつその入力端がそれぞれ非捩じれ状に変速器出力端(A)と連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかひとつに記載のモジュール。
- 変速器入力端(E)から変速器出力端(A)へと軸方向に見て逆転ギア(4)が速度−トルク変換器(3.1〜3.n)の後ろに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載のモジュール。
- 変速器入力端から変速器出力端の軸方向に見て逆転ギア(4)が速度−トルク変換器(3.1〜3.n)の前に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載のモジュール。
- 変速器入力端から変速器出力端の軸方向に見て逆転ギアがギア比を形成する個々の速度−トルク変換器(3.1〜3.n)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載のモジュール。
- 回転子羽根車(17)が浮動状に中間ギア軸上に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかひとつに記載のモジュール。
