Claims (4)
- 鋼板、非鉄金属板、樹脂板、あるいはフィルム状からなる被洗浄面に付着した水分、油分、あるいは薬品成分等の液体を除去、搾取、洗浄する為のロールにおいて、前記ロールはロール部及び台座を有し、前記ロール部は前記台座の外周面に形成されてあると共に、ロール片を有し、前記台座は外周面に前記ロール部が形成される本体部、及び前記本体部の両端に連接される継ぎ手部A、及び継ぎ手部Bを有し、前記継ぎ手部Aから前記継ぎ手部Bの方向に流体が貫通するよう中空部が形成されてあり、該中空部と連通する開口部を有する仕切り部材が前記本体部の内壁面に形成されてあると共に、前記本体部の外壁面に形成された小孔に連通する大孔が前記本体部の内壁面に設けられ、前記大孔は前記仕切り部材の下流側の近傍に形成されてあることを特徴とするロール。
- 請求項1記載の構成よりなるロールにおいて、小孔は本体部の外壁面に複数箇所設けられると共に、内壁面に設けられた大孔に連通するよう分枝状に形成されてあることを特徴とするロール。
- 請求項1又は2記載の構成よりなるロールにおいて、仕切り部材に形成された開口部は、下流側の開口面積が上流側の開口面積に比べて大にて形成されてあることを特徴とするロール。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の構成よりなるロールにおいて、本体部の継ぎ手部B側の端部外方に、複数の流通路が形成されてあり、該流通路の開口面積の合計は、中空部における最大開口面積以上であることを特徴とするロール。
