Abstract
【解決手段】モータのステータ26は、モータのロータ24を収める筒状のステータキャン38と、ステータキャン38と同軸に配置される筒状のステータバンド44との間の空間であるステータ室52内に収められる。ステータキャン38とステータバンド44の円筒端において、ステータ室52は、円環端部板46,48により閉じられている。ステータ室52は、充填材66で満たされている。充填材66は、ステータ室内に充填された球状無機材料粒子と、この粒子同士を固着させる樹脂からなる。

Claims (5)
- モータのロータとステータの間に位置する筒状のステータキャンと、前記ステータを収めるステータ室をステータキャンと共に形成するモータハウジングと、を有するキャンドモータポンプであって、
互いに接触するように、前記ステータ室内に充填された乾燥した第1の熱伝導率の球状無機材料粒子と、前記ステータ室内に注入され、充填された前記球状無機材料粒子の間に進入して前記球状無機材料粒子同士を固着させるように硬化したシリコーン樹脂と、を含む前記第1の熱伝導率よりも高い第2の熱伝導率の充填材を有するキャンドモータポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載のキャンドモータポンプであって、
前記ステータ室内に、乾燥した前記球状無機材料粒子を充填する際に、前記ステータ室に振動が加えられる、
キャンドモータポンプ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のキャンドモータポンプであって、前記球状無機材料粒子は、球状セラミック粒子または、ガラスビーズである、キャンドモータポンプ。
- モータのロータとステータの間に位置する筒状のステータキャンと、前記ステータを収めるステータ室を前記ステータキャンと共に形成するモータハウジングと、を有するキャンドモータポンプの前記ステータ室内に充填材を充填する方法であって、
前記ステータ室内に、乾燥した第1の熱伝導率の球状無機材料粒子が互いに接触するように充填し、
その後、充填した前記球状無機材料粒子の間に進入させるように前記ステータ室内にシリコーン樹脂を注入し、
その後、加熱乾燥によりに前記ステータ室内に注入した前記シリコーン樹脂を硬化させ、充填された前記球状無機材料粒子同士を固着させて前記第1の熱伝導率よりも高い第2の熱伝導率の充填材とすることを特徴とする、
キャンドモータポンプのステータ室内に充填材を充填する方法。 - 請求項4に記載のキャンドモータポンプのステータ室内に充填材を充填する方法であって、
シリコーン樹脂の注入は、シリコーン樹脂を溶剤で薄めて粘度を下げた後に行う、
キャンドモータポンプのステータ室内に充填材を充填する方法。
